Everything is nice but most shopping carts are terrible. They are all old and broken. Have to use all your energy just for pushing the cart.. hopefully one day they fix it

Nice location. Easy parking big lot! All the employees are still doing masks and gloves and such. Place is really clean.

After a long shop, I returned to my car to find it dead. I am useless with cars and went to the auto department to beg for help. Oh my word... not only did Joseph walked out to my car with friendly conversation but he instantly found the issue too. Saved me buying a new battery and got me back up and running fast . Honestly, Joseph was wonderful and made a stressful situation better. Thank you so much!!

We sent photos to be printed here and my wife went to pick them up when they were supposed to he ready. They then informed her that their developing machine was down and that they had been sent to another location AND we had to go to that location to pick them up. No communication, no forewarning - Poor customer service.

I needed to do an after Christmas return and the experience was awful. She gave me 3rd degree on why I wanted to return the item and explained how I need to be thoughtful and considerate to whoever might buy this next. The item was in full packaging and in pristine condition, unused. I wouldn't have expected them to take the return otherwise. She acted like I was trying to pull one over on Walmart for returning the item. I can't be the only person who's returning an item after Christmas. Very frustrating.

Never again. First time visiting this place and I guarantee it'll be the last. Horrible experience. Came to do some simple grocery shopping after work. On the way out I was picked out of a considerable sized crowd and accosted for a check of my receipt. My frozen dinners were all paid for, of course, but, I was made to look and feel like a criminal and for what? Good job trying to ruin my night during the festive season but in the end, you lose Happy Valley Walmart.

I've come to this Walmart various times, since it's right up the road. I have always had a positive experience when coming to this location. I've shopped here, returned items here, and did the online pickup, never had an issue. Today was the first day I had an issue. I had to return a couple items, and when entering to the one door that is open, the security was a complete j**** He asked if I was returning an item, mentioned, I was, and his response was our systems are down. I then asked (May sound stupid, but wanted to confirm), "the customer service location?" His response to me was, "yes, I just said that". Like really? I went back to my car to put my items back that I wanted to return. Otherwise, I have always had a positive experience with this location. Super clean, organized, and staff has been friendly.

No one to help you find anything and very few cashiers. If I self check out I will take away more cashier jobs.Walmart makes customers stand in long lines to have a cashier check out. Walmart should give a discount to patrons who self check out. Walmart does not care about their customers. A greedy company.

There is no point shortage if you're really that stupid man it's like you're caring about to rock up the hill when you're a neanderthal. Stop limiting one or two cashier's open when you got five hundred thousand people inside meaning of love every register you lazy piece of crap of the company has ran more lines open means more profit but you're too d*** for that and your entire stores like Camp empty every week feeling your damn store app stop purging Chinese Pizza and only by United States

Nobody speaks English here how is that even possible then to make things worse if you don't grab a cart they follow you around like your stealing stuff plus the deli likes to close at 8 o'clock when the hours of operation are till 9 PM

Stay away from this Walmart. Two managers refused to accept my clothing return claiming new policy. Yet 2 days ago another Walmart exchanged my clothing. Yet this store was ok accepting a return bedding! This is a no good customer service location which explains the reasons for their low reviews. Pick another Wallmart!!!

Went to Walmart a couple of weeks ago and looked and saw no one in line. so I started to duck under the tape when the man said no to enter down at the end so when I got up there I asked why. I was told its the rule. ok I can see it if there are people in line of course. but to give attitude sorry No. Corona virus is bad I will thank them for doing their job and making sure we the customers can find some things. But now when I go into the store these people who want to be paid at $15 an hour don't have any customer service at all.OMG the old guy who wipes the carts down looks pissed and or depressed. and the guys at the door are to busy talking or on their phones to even acknowledge anyone entering or leaving. may be a clean store but customer service SUCKS......

The store was super crowded. They were not limiting the number of people in the store. People were not practicing social distancing and some were downright obnoxious. Majority of the store workers were wearing masks.
