This was a pick up for me today. They are always so prompt at this metrocenter location. While we waited another employee came up and offered to bring us water and we received a reusable little Walmart bag with some samples inside. First time I ever received anything like this from Walmart.

Duane, the store manager, went above and beyond, standards for customer service. he found a hard-to-find item, that should have been in the cleaning aisle, but instead, was in the automotive aisle. A simple product called Simple Green. If more of his employees, learned by his example, this Walmart, would be one of the top Walmart's', in the Arizona area.
