Great atmosphere to relax and catch up with friends and enjoy live music. The only thing I will say is that the fries were really salty to the point where I couldn’t eat more than 3. Do not recommend getting them.

It's a great venue. Up close and intimate, but surprisingly good lighting and sound. They've had some of the biggest artists in rock and roll there and they sounded great.

Went to a concert here recently and it was one of the coolest venues I’ve been to, the outdoor seating area was really nice to sit and hang out between the meet and greet and actual concert, the inside has really cool art on the walls and hanging from the ceiling, the bartenders were very nice and did a great job. Overall it was a very good time and would definitely go back here if another artist I like has a show there!

I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this place!! Five stars doesn’t even equate to the magic this place brings. There are staff members that go above and beyond to make every night special. Paige (what an all star), Andrew (bartender/bongos), Andrew (the happy go lucky security guard). & Johnathon (I believe the bar manager). They go above and beyond and make every night so special!! We will be back. Thank you Paige for continuing the PLUR and you made our night!!!

Walter Studios is a beautiful space, but they are not equipped to handle private or business events.
Sales: Refused multiple requests for a site tour before booking. Misled about F&B minimums, then leadership wouldn’t even take a phone call to problem-solve.
Timing: Our event was cut short despite paying for the full time, as staff rushed to set up for the next booking.
Tech Failures: I sent slides and a critical video in advance, followed up multiple times, and got no confirmation that the video would work. On the night, the video wouldn't play and computer crashed mid-auction — a huge blow to our charity event.
Service Gaps: Podium missing, drink tickets not ready, and staff showed no urgency to resolve issues.
At the end of the day, no one seemed to care. If you want partnership, professionalism, and reliability for your event, look elsewhere.

Trippy, artsy vibes and even the bathroom has cool ambient lighting + it was super clean! This place is not only a clean, artistic atmosphere, but it also caters to all groups :). After my concert was over (on 08/08/25) , I went to one of the little “backrooms” that they have (very trippy , and totally worth checking out!) I was under the influence. The young employee, about 5’0, with short hair & glasses, checked in on me frequently and made sure I felt safe & comfortable :) They even walked me out to my uber, to ensure my safety. I hope that person gets a raise or some incentive!
The overall vibe is really nice, The employees are very welcoming and of course they make sure rules are being followed while encouraging a fun safe space for all ! And of course, the sound and lighting for the concert itself was excellent. P.s. definitely check out the back rooms if you’re post concert, and not quite ready to go home yet ! :) . Amazing place, my favorite venue in Phoenix by far!!! Deserves more recognition

They do a great job with their studio and warehouse. The studio feels very balanced, if you want to socialize you can, if you want to drink and sit down you can, if you want to walk around and drink you have that option as well.
The staff are all very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on what they're doing. The crowd is mixed, you have nice people you run into and you also have messy people you want to avoid depending on who's playing that night.
Go with the flow when you go here and enjoy yourself
