so disappointed to come at 9:35pm and all the lights are off and chairs are up… you’re open til 10 where you at 😩 i wanted some bubblegum ice cream!!!!

We had to come here one night when we found out our regular water and ice store permanently closed unexpectedly and the next closest water and ice store was already closed for the evening. This place was open later than the closer one, so we had to come here. We're really bummed about the closing of our regular store. But we were happy this location was open until 9pm because we were thirsty and the municipal water tastes yucky. We probably won't come here often because it's so far away from us, but it's a good store. I wish it were closer. I wish the other store hadn't closed permanently.

The manager is very nice and the ladies that work there are often very nice too. The water is the least expensive I've ever purchased when you buy there $20 water card which comes out to .20 per gallon, however they are raising their prices this month and it'll be like .25 per gallon with the water card prepurchased. Well worth it as they have two water carts for those like me who come in with 6 - 8 water jugs. Other than their water, they have delicious ice cream too, a bit pricey, but less than a cold stone creamery.

Everytime i come here its always a misfortunes and bad experience. I have questions and they always seem to be negative and put me down. I guess you can't buy the cards anymore. I had a card for like 6 to 8 years since previous owner. I wanted to keep tje card since at the time there was nothing on it. At that time the owner took it from me and threw it away. I wanted to try and reload it or get a new one and they said no. It sucks this place is close to my house. Now I gotta find another one.

I've Been Coming To This Water & Ice For Many Years & IT'Z Only Gotten Better, The First Time I Went, I'll Never Forget, I Needed A Water Place To Come With Better Prices Then Water Machine's. So I Went In And Was Offered A Card And If I Did So I Would Get 15 Extra Dollars Added To My Water Card If I Put The Minimum Of $20.00, Least To Say I Walked Out Of The Water& Ice With $35.00 On A Card And I Got Better Water From A Clean Source, Exceptionally Friendly Young Ladies To Assist, Surb Management To Handle Any Issue That May Arise, Believe You Me I Mean Anything He Will Find A Solution And Fix It I'm So Pleased I Stopped At This Water & Ice That One Fateful Day To Find A Solution For My Water Issue!!! God Bless, Moms & Pops Community Businesses!!!

***UPDATE: Friday 6/27. Tried to get my weekly water refill and the place was closed during business hours. I waited 10 minutes and……nothing. So I had to go buy water somewhere else even though I have a pre paid water card at this store. Time to find a new water store that isn’t such a mess.

This place is getting annoying. You pay in advance for a water card, but every time you show up they are “out of water” so you have to pay again for water somewhere else.

The best real ice cream milkshakes in the Valley. Seriously perfect thickness and taste. For the price $10 large, the best stuff you can put in your mouth to celebrate another day of life!

Our sweet treats are always a hit here - from raspados to ice cream cones and nachos to fresas con crema.. There's an option for everyone. The interior isn't the nicest but makes for a great pit-stop for dessert to take home.

There's usually a wait to place your order and the past few visits I've been met with an annoyance from the gal behind the counter. Not the best customer service but the flavors are great.

I go out of my way to get water but I can say 4 times they were out of water and this past Monday the sign says it opens at 9am it was me and 3 other people waiting and there was No one to open the water store I got there at 8:45 am I waited until 9:30 am I will be looking elas where.
