Always a pleasure coming in to fill up our water jugs here. The place is always clean and very welcoming staff. Today the woman who was working was extremely helpful and provided wonderful customer service. We live in Scottsdale and it’s always worth coming here every time.
Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Best Alkaline water this side of town!
This location is three doors down from my gym, so I thought I'd fill up my bottles after my workout.
Total mistake.
Most locations have one alkaline spout and I asked to use it. Whoever was working there today told me I had to wait because they were filling up THEIR bottles. She even chuckled when she said it.
This is NOT a busy location, but I have to wait for YOU to fill up YOUR bottles?
Horrible customer service + bad attitude = poorly run business.

This was the best service I’ve ever received. My daughter was sick, and the staff went above and beyond—he not only helped me fill my water bottles but also brought them to my car. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and care
Absolutely the BEST location I have had the pleasure of visiting! This was also the cleanest location I have seen! The floors were pristinely clean and the employee working there (tall young lady with brown hair and amazingly positive work ethic) provided EXCELLENT customer service! Well done Water & Ice!

Awesome locally owned family business. Been there my whole life, became really good friends with the old man in my teens, now his son and daughter in law own it. Literal definition of a locally owned business, the whole family grew up down the street from their shop.
Always great service. Today I emailed a question about my prepaid card usage and balance. They got back to me within minutes with the info I requested. I appreciate the quick response.
