This unassuming coffee shop is a total sleeper. Beans roasted in-house, coffee forward flavors (i.e. espresso drinks are not washed out with milk), and an awesome interior. The matcha was also delicious and earthy. Definitely check this out if you’re a coffee enthusiast.

WeBe Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite local coffee spots in the Phoenix area, their in-house roasted beans yield an exceptionally rich and balanced cup every time, whether I’m enjoying a classic espresso drink or a creative seasonal latte like the kumquat-cardamom special they’ve featured. Don’t let the minimalist “coffee” sign fool you…..What a lovely shop! Went for a quick coffee this morning, had a delicious vanilla latte. Picked up a bag of beans too, haven’t cracked them yet but they smell delicious. They had a nice variety of single origin light roast, medium roast blends and espresso blend bags in addition to some bulk 2lb bags. Best part had to be the great conversation I had with the staff. They’re clearly passionate about coffee and love what they do. Check them out!
