I tried the new mushroom burger and it was hot and delicious. The service I received from Lexus and Ricky was also fast and friendly! Kudos Wendy's on 75th Ave and lower buckeye!

I come almost everyday and they mess up my order everyday. All I want is a biggie bag with a bbq sauce and a ketchup. But everyday it’s either one or the other. Today it’s 3 ketchups and no bbq sauce yesterday I got the bbq sauce but no ketchup. I’ve made jokes about it, I’ve been frank about it, no I’m writing this review. Get it together ladies

Cold food...

Service needs to be very much improved. Came in to have a meal with my family and while waiting I saw that one of the workers had dropped a burger, picked it up, gave it to the worker that was wrapping the burgers and they just wrapped the burger in a different wrapper. At this point I lost my appetite and no longer wanted to order. I wanted to get a refund for my kids meals but was told that they couldn't do a refund that I'd have to call the company to ask for one. I decided to just keep my orders but asked the shift lead on duty if she could take care of my order. I also brought up that the worker wrapping the burgers touched the dirty wrapper that fell on the floor and then continued to touch the rest of the food that was going his way. This food was going to the drive-thru. The shift lead told him to wash his hands and change his gloves. When he came back he yelled back at us, gave attitude and rolled his eyes saying that he didn't touch our food because I requested that the shift lead finished my order. The cashier that took care of us was Named Rey, he was the one who picked up the burger after it fell on the floor. Victoria is the shift lead that helped get things settled. Made the rest of this experience a bit better. Anthony is the worker that was wrapping the burgers and that yelled back at us and gave us attitude. I've worked in the food industry over 10 years and I've never ran across this kind of service. I've never thought it was okay to give this kind of service. Fast food or not there is a standard of cleanliness that should be followed. Shift lead , Victoria, is in the picture. The other workers were moving around during the time I took the picture.

This Dennys smells a lot like the bathrooms and the place is always dirty, cold in winter time, the front door is the first to look dirty, and the staff sees people coming in and they don't care, they don't ask what they can help to us Until they wanted, please people go to pick up and their time is counted, pay more attention to the customer, remember that if there are no customers, there is no work and the business goes bankrupt.

This location needs zero stars. The manger needs to be fired. The kid employees are lazy. Every time I go to this location the food is cold. I work really hard for my money and the food is disgusting. I ask really nicely every time to please make sure that the food is fresh. They make you park up front bring you the food and it's still cold.

Me and my man put a mobile order for pick up and had to wait additional 20 minutes. What’s crazy is we waited and the fries & burgers were COLD lol and my chili was missing. I called twice to talk to them and they answered and hung up twice. Horrible service. Everything was sloppy, employees were screaming and cussing unprofessional.

Employees didnt help me, i was the only customer, and for 10 minutes nobody even greeted me, or looked at me, just got ignored, they were talking and buying food for themselves. WONT COME BACK EVER!

When I eat at Wendy's Restaurant, I like to go inside where I found it clean and little quite to enjoy my meal. The food was hot and fresh I order a combo 4 with extra pickles and it was delious.

Terrible service. Act like it's your fault when they run our of what you've ordered.. Then can't even get the whole order together of the only single meal that is available on the order

I have not gone to a Wendy’s for a while. Today I got two hamburgers that were cold. The French fries were also cold. They were more like frozen cold. I will not go back to Wendy’s again. That was 19 dollars and I didn’t even get a combos.
