On 8/2/25 and I’m sure any other day…I ordered through the drive thru and they sent me to wait at the front. Along with 3 other people. I saw the guy bring out 3 other orders before mine. The manager needs to fix this and have the food ready more quickly than to have me sit out front with everyone else. The worker having to bring out the food shouldn’t have to go in and out to bring people their food. On top of it….I didn’t want to park in a parking spot. That’s why I chose the drive through duh!

Every time I go to pick up a Grubhub order from here, they say they never got it. Manager is nonchalant saying it’s on Grubhub. She was unwilling to call. I believe she’s stealing the orders because she refuses to call Grubhub the straighten the issue out. She doesn’t care. I’ve about had it with this location and will not accept anymore orders from this location. I hope someone else sees this and fixes the issue!

The food was just bad.I don't know if they overcooked it or it was old.The potato was shriveled up.It looked like it was overcooked, and it was dried out. The spicy chicken sandwich was chewy like I don't know what was wrong it with drink was good though the mango lemonade. And they didn't give me my receipt to leave a review.Probably because I knew it was bad. I was too far away to go back.

If you go through drive-thru they will ask you to pull up to the front of the store for “fresh food” and proceed to give you old food and mess up your order. This is the 4th time in a row.

Sadly this will be my last time eating at this location. Bad customer service, I've eaten at this location a couple times in the past, some visits okay, others were bad but this time around does it for me, after almost finishing my burger I saw the burger meat was still RED, if it's still red when the burger meat is so thin, than they must've just flash cooked it and rushed it out? Like how can you not cook w burger through all the way? If you're going to eat here, PLEASE check your bag and food apparently if it's correct and cooked all the way through.

I wish I had checked the reviews as much as I wish I had checked my bag before I left the location. Food was definitely not prepared, checked, or quality at all for the inflated price. I love Wendy's, but this location definitely doesn't love or appreciate it's customers. No worries, I'll never be back.

Guys the entire point of an online order is for u guys to have my order ready by the time I reach the drive thru. I shouldn't be parked out of the way after ordering online. U should be opening the window and handing me my already paid order. Not only did u park me and had me wait u didn't complete my order and I had to go back thru the drive thru to get the rest of my order

I tried the new mushroom burger and it was hot and delicious. The service I received from Lexus and Ricky was also fast and friendly! Kudos Wendy's on 75th Ave and lower buckeye!

I come almost everyday and they mess up my order everyday. All I want is a biggie bag with a bbq sauce and a ketchup. But everyday it’s either one or the other. Today it’s 3 ketchups and no bbq sauce yesterday I got the bbq sauce but no ketchup. I’ve made jokes about it, I’ve been frank about it, no I’m writing this review. Get it together ladies
