Usually order breakfast for delivery, and always fast delivery, and food very good. Ordered today for lunch, and my fries were cold, and my chicken sandwich was cold as well. Obvious that my order was filled with food that was sitting for quite a while, and not made upon receipt of my order.

So this has been a regular Wendy’s for me . They rebuilt and it went down hill fast! I met a really kind kid JERRY he was the most kind person assisting me in anyway and as I sat and watched him in the lobby this kid has potential and I have never seen the lobby so clean since it has been built! This guy definitely a keeper!! GREAT JOB JERRY new guy and the store already looks amazing compared to the crew that has been running it We need more hard workers like this.

Great service with a smile friendly atmosphere place was nice and clean and everybody that was there was really thoroughly enjoying themselves it was old school Wendy's I had the Frosty and who was the double bacon cheeseburger absolutely delicious

Poor customer service no ice in the machine had asked about it the respond was “oh nothing more nothing . The backsplash from the soda dispenser was dirty with sticky soda , fries were cold not fresh and my patty was midway still frozen .

Went through the drive through last night at 10:30 pm. When i arrived two employees were out by the back door close by the drive through smoking marijuana. I ordered 2 dave singles and when i got home i took a bite out the first one and it was ice cold. Thought it was the veggies and so i took them off and took another bite and same feeling of coldness. I then started ripping apart the sandwich and it was completely raw, and so was the other one. I went into the store this morning because I have been nauseous and had diarrhea all morning. I showed the shift manager the info and she took down my name and stated she will have the GM Ty Jerrett reach out to me. I will keep everyone posted as you can see in the photos that there is no way these burgers temped out before the gave them to me
