Obviously at 1145pm the lobby was closed, so we go through the drive through. The lady at the drive thru was snotty, snarky, pushy and rude. She rushed us to order, asked if we waved drinks, we said yes and before we could respond she said " what kind, i dont have a crystal ball". My husband said dr pepper and coke, she says which is it. When we pulled up to the window there was an older lady, with white hair ( think her tag said chris) working. I told her i get its almost midnight but no need to be so rude, she days it's not that, you wanted drinks and didn't tell me want kind. I said they're are 4 of us in the car, were figuring it out, but you were being pushy. I told her i have 30yrs in customer service and never spoke to people the way she did. All she keep saying was let me get you order, let me get your order. We asked any the receipt, she days it's in the bag, surprise , no receipt to show whant i paid 30.00 for. I have never had sick horrible service at this location, disappointed. We almost pulled away, but kids were hungry.

Ordered through door dash and they completely messed up our order. 3/4 of our order was missing and it appears we got part of someone else's order. Not just that, the fries we did receive were completely burnt. Management needs to get their stuff together, this is unacceptable

Worst location I’ve visited in many states. The first time I thought the food was bad because it was near closing, the second time was after lunch. The chicken in the sandwich was dry, the burger just tasted disgusting and the chicken on the Caesar salad was rubbery and inedible. The drive through is sssslllloooowwww.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location near closing time. We pulled into the drive thru at 11:50pm. No response at the intercom, called the store phone number. They answered and decided to help us since they are supposed to be open until 12 am. Very unprofessional, you can hear the workers cursing at each other while waiting for our food. Food wasn’t able to be ordered accordingly since they tried shutting down before the actual closing time. Stay away from here.

This place is absolutely terrible everytime I go it’s even worse than the last time, I see the employees smoking out the drive through window all the time, the food always takes forever to come out, and the food is just disgusting, the employees also have a terrible work ethic, they don’t know how to treat costumers I honestly don’t know how this place is open. Please go to the Wendy’s on chandler instead everything is much better than this one.
Frys were warmed,nugget was meh like normal, but I found it laughable at what they put on my jr bacon cheeseburger so I thought I’d share?
