Food is yummy.GM Manager has lousy customer service. Basically yelled at me because new young clerk made a register order mistake.Only ordered JBC biggie bag.This Manager needs to better train the young help on routine orders.I worked over 40yrs in Customer Service and Retail businesses.NEVER would talk/treat a customer like this.

My reasoning for my 2 stars is as I already had a rough start to my morning and only wanted to stuff my face with French toast sticks I come to find I was skimped on them. Considering how bad the service is at this location, I don't think I would take a chance on eating their food. Most of the time they aren't open. When they are it's best avoided anyway. Not sure the owner or management of this store care about anything. Places that don't care usually don't follow food safety protocols or rotate their food product. I wouldn't eat here for that very reason. Glad to say I won't ever return.

Ordered a fish sandwich and was totally floored when I had to pay 60 cents for extra tartar sauce. Wendy's is now no better than any other business when it comes to ripping the customer off. I worked for Wendy's for 37 years and I just can't wrap my head around this. Shame on you.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! the old women with white hair gave me nothing but attitude from the start and made me feel uncomfortable ordering my food an speaking to her at the window and then she was shoving the bag of food into my car window then took it back because they were not sure if I paid my $30 worth of food never going back to this location again

Typical fast food. good ,juicy .I had the double cheese meal large size with a frosty. This is where the issue is. It may be trivial but at 17.80 for the "value meal" a large fry should fill the large fry carton not only half way . Always check your drive thru orders before you leave.

I ordered the chili fries and a daves double with a mango lemonade everything was astonishing but the chili fries were very soggy the cheese was terrible the fries wasnt even cooked all the way.

I tried doing a Mobile order and the lady told me I can’t pick it up through the drive through with no car. I was on my bike. She was extremely rude and hostile. Never coming here again. This happened right now about ten minutes ago if management can check who this rude person was. I was trying to order food for my family since this is one of the only places open late around here.

This Wendy's charged us $57 for a meal that they refused to fully verify before sending it back... Two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, a very basic and signature item of JITB had no bacon (???) and the toppings were not the same dispute them both being ordered as they came... We were shorted a drink and had to wait in the drive thru through 3 more cars to get them, and only THEN did we realize that there was a dry kissing as well... WORST OF ALL..... they had been asked to switch a baconator combo for the pretzel bun backnator combo.... I stead they added the second entire combo, causing us a great deal greater cost that was in intended, needed or acceptable. Smh. They don't ever answer the phone and so that you can inform them of the mistake and work towards a solution. Instead, we absorb the cost and avoid this location when possible

Ive had good visits here before my not so good visit over a month ago. The Dave Single was served to me improperly cooked. The baked potato was very old where it didn’t even look white, it was a dingy brown color and awful texture. It had to of been sitting there all day. I walked to and from this establishment so I couldn’t just “drive back” so I called them directly, no answer no voicemail. I then sent an email to customer service thru the Wendys website. Had to do that 2x until I was connected w a district manager in which I emailed 2x and called 1x w NO response to this day.
