Wendy’s was a great place to grab a bite. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and everything came out quick. They accidentally gave me free bacon on my sandwich, which was a happy little bonus.

Ordered a 10-piece nugget wanted honey mustard and they said they needed to charge me $1.00 for it then gave me BBQ dipping sauces I didn't ask for???

Went thru the drive thru..Update 4/12/25 got a biggie bag abd baked potato... OMG I will never come here again, the fries were cold and not cooked all the way through, the bacon cheeseburger was pink in the middle which is weird cuz it's not a thick patty, and the nugget were so greasy the potato was so dry looks and tasted like it sat there under the heat lamp all day... never again...couldn't eat any of it...

They used to have such good customer service here but now it seems like that’s dependent on what shift you come on. In the mornings, people are usually really polite and the same with lunchtime, but when I come in the evening, which is not very often they’re always rude. You always get someone on the drive-through that just keeps saying “is that it, is that it, is that it”, after every item you order. That’s so annoying to me. Why not just wait until I stop talking. I promise you I’m gonna tell you when I’m done. Today they told me that my order would be out in less than two minutes and to park. It actually took like seven or eight minutes, which is no big deal, but the Frosty’s that I ordered sat there that entire time and were melted when they brought them out. When I asked for them to remake them, it was like I asked for my money back or something all I asked was for a new one because they let them sit on the counter. Anyway, I don’t need to be eating out this will just help me do better with my food choices. I definitely don’t spend money where they act like I’m a burden.

Customer service is prompt and courteous, creating a positive dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment for a quick and satisfying meal.

Rude 15 year old kid refused to break a bill, and told me to go to home depot instead to get change. Wouldn't have been offended if it wasn't for him talking down to me, as well as being excessively insistent on asking if I had any smaller bills or any other way to pay 3 seperate times. There was no sign saying they couldn't accept 50s or 100s. Didn't deserve the way we were talked down to for being an inconvenience.

My mom got a raw chicken sandwhich from here tonight. Absolutely raw. Wendys refunded it tho after she had already eaten a third of it. Truly unacceptable and someone needs to be held accountable
