Worst experience. I went through the drive thru today 1/16/2026 at 3:50pm and ordered a Dave’s single combo meal. When I went through the drive-through. I got to the window and I paid for my order and got my food. I then requested for ketchup and ranch and was only given ketchup. I then proceeded to go inside and politely ask the woman at the front counter by the name of Vivian, who rudely said “huh? What? Ranch is 55 cents, you have to buy it we don’t just give it out” and treated me like I couldn’t afford it.
I then said forget it and walked out. I then proceeded to go back through the drive-through again and Vivian happened to take my order rudely, I then went through the drive-through window and Automatically complained about her, as I was telling the staff about the situation they looked at me like I was dumb, then I watch her walk right past the front of my car, it was the end of her shift and she was leaving. As I began to point her out to staff she began throwing her hands up at me, so I pointed her out to the staff and she started throwing her hands up in a manner that was intimidating as I felt like she wanted to cause problems.
She then started to walk back to the store as I was given my ranch and I left.
This was not just an ordinary situation either, as I hope that management handles this accordingly. In the comments it seems that this is not the first time that this has happened, and crew member/manager does not act like this. I will not be returning.

I just left the drive thru this morning and the breakfast crew is insufferable. It was such an unpleasant interaction and most likely won’t be going back

Business like this that charge $0.60 for the ranch THEY make and supply. Truly show how broke this company is becoming.. go ahead and keep the ranch, and I gave you guys a $1 since you are struggling so much as a business..

I had an amazing experience at Wendy’s, and I have to give special recognition to Keneth. His customer service was truly outstanding—warm, patient, and genuinely caring. He made sure my order was perfect and treated me with real kindness, which made my day. Experiences like this are why customer service still matters. Thank you, Keneth, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

I normally would not do this but enough is enough. Ive been to so many places where yall do not care. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the kid standing in the back by the fryers, just stared at me while I stood there, looking directly at him clearly needing some assistance. And he just ignored me. After about 1 or 2 standing there, he shouted for some other kid to come and help me from the back to say that I was a cash payer which I was not because he never inquired to see what I needed. I know this based of the what i heard and the nice kid who helped me. Customer service has gone out the window. It is customer service 101 just to acknowledge the customer. They are incredibly lucky that I am not just some secret shopper because they would've failed. I have been in the service industry of clients for a very long time. And this is why I do not like going inside restaurants anymore. These kids need to do more than just flip the burger. You actually have to have genuine human interaction with your clients. So that way, people come back into your establishment, that's called building rapport. And whoever trains these people as they get hired at Wendys, needs to do a better job at training their employees. Teach them how to treat their customers as they walk inside their restaurant. The kid that actually helped me that ran from the back after the other dude and everyone else stared me was amazing, kind and should teach them how to do their job. He made sure my kid's order was nice and hot and fresh. That other crew needs to be retrained. Do better. The white guy in the window didnt even know I was there because he was busy so he was fine and also was sincere about it. Food was great though.

By far, this is the BEST Wendy's in the state of Arizona. I drive the state for a local community college and have eaten at a ton of Wendy's over the past 10 years.

Here the hamburger buns are so light and airy they nearly float out of the bag. Here the hamburger meat is juicy and not over-cooked. Here the chicken nuggets are moist and tender. Here the French fries have not been sitting under a warmer for half an hour.

Wendy's founder, Dave Thomas, would be proud.

Wendy’s looked closed and that should have been the first clue. The food is burnt and inedible

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff came across as very unfriendly and impolite. I ordered a Number 6 meal, but instead of the spicy chicken sandwich, I was given a plain sandwich with only mayo. To make matters worse, the fries were placed in the bag upside down, causing grease to leak through and stain my car seat. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left completely dissatisfied.

I usually won't eat at Wendy's. But the Wendy's off 91st Avenue and Camelback. The music is worship. The food is always hot and the customer service is on point. I highly recommend this Wendy's. Do not go to the one on 83rd Avenue and Peoria they have horrible customer service

My mom and I haven't ate here for awhile. Feliź the front cashier has outstanding customer service. Richard always does a great job on the grill. The manager Kenny has a very positive attitude. This is my favorite location in the West Valley. My order was fresh and hot.

I will never come to this location EVER AGAIN... Its 2 minutes from my house but everytime I have come here something is always messed up. This time my meal was cold, not cool but cold, can't say that I waited a long while b4 I ate, live 2 minutes from this Wendy's. My medium frys consisted on 10 fries 10... and they were absolutely gross and cold, my Jr bacon cheeseburger was also very cold. And why ask if we want condiments I never get what I ask for... I have never gotten any from this location EVER, all the times I've been here not once have I EVER gotten ranch, bbq sauce not even ketchup and I've asked for it. NEVER. I just can't anymore, just feels like I am wasting food, and money on something I haven't eaten. NEVER AGAIN and I love Wendy's but I just won't be back to this location and it will be a long while b4 I go to any Wendy's. So disappointed 😞 and I mean come on Wendy's get with it!!!!
