Been here twice to attempt to eat, was denied entry to the lobby both times by employees. Second time I went to try the drive thru, had 2 kids who really wanted to try the Krabby patty meal. But I waited for near 10 minutes and nothing. Awful experience. Avoid this place if you like being treated well.

Ordered frys with no salt. I was given frys that originally had salt, were just dropped in the fryer in attemp to remove the salt resulting in me getting over cooked dark color nasty frys. Sad, bill was almost 30$ why we don't go out no more, better eat at home.
The food is always room temperature here. The other Wendy’s restaurants I go to have hot food. I only come here because I am visiting Home Depot. I think I will have to find a different spot. This is the 4th time in 2 months. Please check your food temperatures. I hope I don’t get sick.
I have to update this review. I ordered the same thing as I did last time and it came out hot! It seems this issue has been corrected. Thank you. I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast but only when it is hot. The service was better as well. I will check back in next time to confirm.

This place is staffed with friendly people. food has always been very hot and fresh. The drive thru is also on fast and friendly.
This place has always been my go-to wendy’s. I’ve never had bad service until today. The manager I’m assuming, Jessikah made my experience very uncomfortable. Rolling her eyes at me and my grandmother ordering food, getting upset with her co-workers and yelling very loudly in the building. I could see her throwing a mini tantrum throwing off her headset and just handing it to other co-workers. My head hurts very much as I have sensitive hearing.

Waited to order with no one in line but us. We were not even acknowledged. Two other people waiting on food. No one else in the place. One employee on break. After standing there for awhile and without even one employee looking our way or speaking to us, we walked out. No customer service!!!!!

Went to this wendy’s with my little brothers around 3:45. I got my order taken and the lady at the counter did not give me my cups I had to wait 5 minutes just for that.On top of that it was not that busy for them to be taking 20 minutes for my order to come out and by the time we ate it the food was cold. The soda machine was disgusting it had syrup all over the back of the dispenser as well as the screen and syrup stains dripping down. The poor guy in front of me waited 40 minutes because they cleared his order without giving him his food. also NOBODY in that place was wearing gloves when making the food and they were touching it with their bare hands the tables were dirty and floor was full of trash. Do not go there it was terrible!
