The food is always cold or as if it had been sitting out all night. My burger has been pink n not fully cooked. Fry's taste bad and always cold. Been going to this Wendy's for few years n it's sucks! Always dissatisfied. This location is picked only by convenience and has plummeted into terrible service throughout the last two years.

I went 7/6/2025 midday, I assume the manager is who took my order. Customer service was top notch. We live 25 miles away and would drive there just to get that amazing service. Every Customer that came in, he gave the same great service too. Thank you!

Do not come here unless you have 40 minutes to wait for your food. They are consistently having you pull to the front to wait for your order, it doesn't matter if you order online or at the drive thru. You are going to wait. The staff do not care, have zero customer service skills, and are rude and unprofessional. This location is a joke and corporate needs to seriously take a look at the management they have running this location.

Went through the drive thru, and I was asked to pull forward because they didn’t have any meat ready. The store was empty, no lines in the drive thru, so this is how they cheat on drive thru times. They can give slow service, but look like they give fast service to the district managers.

It took a very long time to get our order. When we did get it, it was wrong. If we indeed got fresh meat, we definitely didn’t get fresh fries. They also forgot straws and napkins.

I went inside because we were running late. My kid has autism, and will not eat burgers with stuff on it she doesn’t like.

I watched three ladies laugh in the kitchen instead of making my kids food. Eventually one gave me a burger (the exact same burger but she just manually removed the stuff my kid didn’t want and added more ketchup) but she got ketchup all over the outside of the burger and the wrapper. Whats crazy is she actually handed it to me that way. So now my hands are covered in ketchup, which thankfully it was me in the store dealing with it, and not my kid in the car because she would have freaked out over the sensory issue. But my poor kids burger has ketchup all over the bun, she deserves better than that guys.

Better yet, she watches me clean the outside of the burger myself, and then I had to proactively ask her for a clean wrapper, and again she watched me wrap the burger myself.

I don’t normally leave long reviews, but I mean the store was empty. So this was just simple lack of caring from literally everyone in that store.

My favorite stop on my way home from Lake Pleasant! The manager is wonderful! Always pleasant and Happy. He always Holds door open for me, welcoming me to come on in.
The lady ringing up my order was super kind. She saw me eyeing the cookies and talked me into having one! Then proceeded to run out of the store calling my name with a bag I had forgotten to grab! Miss Sandra, Miss Sandra you forgot your burgers! So nice! Turned out to be only French Fry's in the bag, but hey, I give her an A for effort!
