Often times those of us who work long hours are exhausted with interaction, Emily whom works at this location completely changed my attitude from the second I walked in. She was kind-smiling and extremely friendly and helpful. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her warm, professional and attentive presence. She made a long night after a shift turn into a enjoyable and relaxing meal with my Mother. I appreciate it much.

I love Wendy's. It is my favorite fast food place for a filling meal at a great price. I usually always have a great experience. I was however, unhappy this Wendy's used shredded lettuce on my burger instead of all the other locations around the Valley that use traditional pieces. Other than that the staff were friendly and I had a pleasant experience.

Stopped here for the $1 breakfast biscuits. Now I’m in my car going thru the drive thru and order 2 of each biscuit and ask for mayo to be added to each one. Was asked even the chicken and I replied yes. So I’m in the drive thru ask for something to be added and they hand me my bag as I drive off I get about a mile and open the bag to find 2oz portion cups of mayo and am pissed Why do people want $15+ an hour and can’t complete a simple task. So now I’m pissed and have to eat these tasteful but dry biscuit sandwiches but they didn’t even give me anything to apply the mayo. Drive thru means driving not having eight octopus arms to add the mayo myself but no utensil to apply the freaking mayo. So sandwiches are good just service and giving the customer what they asked for gives this Wendy’s a 3. So that’s two different Wendy’s with the same outcome. The other didn’t even give me mayo in a cup.

if a customer asks for BBQ sauce with the nuggets and you say that you are out of BBQ so then they say that they will take the spicy BBQ you should say ok, not there is an added charge for the spicy BBQ.
Customer service was satisfactory, however, the wait time for food was slightly longer than anticipated. 😅🍽️ #FoodWaitTime #CustomerService
