Got a frosty and told the lady a large she made a medium which was fine I was about to drive away and when I started to leave I heard her tell her co-worker “HE SAID MEDIUM” which really upset me that’s not costumer service and needs to be addressed! Don’t know the difference between a number 6 and 2 , last 3 times I’ve ordered a number 6 I got the same baconator Today went asked for a 6 cashier double checked and said “ number 2” I said no a number 6 and still got a number 2 makes no sense how you mess that up even after confirming

Probably the rudest drive-through window employee I’ve ever encountered. I don’t usually write reviews, but this guy didn’t even say a single word except for my total. Hardly even looked at me out the window. It was just super awkward… Not to mention that I had to wait for a few minutes in silence at the ordering box and I wasn’t even sure if anyone knew I was there.
Ordered the asiago ranch chicken club and it was overcooked and chewy. Also the microphone for drive thru was broken so had to pull up and order at the window

This is the trashiest Wendy's in Phoenix. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I have to give them one for the review to be posted. Otherwise it would get 0 stars. The customer service is the worst part of it all.

Always always makes you “pull forward” or “pull into the parking space” to wait for my food. Got people stacked up in parking spaces and sitting along the side of the restaurant waiting for food. And the food is consistently stale and flavorless. Never coming to this location ever again.
