How on earth do you charge someone 12.00 for a medium frosty, it’s like the employees aren’t even paying attention to who they are serving at the window then don’t even give them a receipt in order to get a refund, will not be going back to this location after this mistake always seem to mess up my order when I go to this one, if I could give zero stars I would.

Usually my family has no issues with Wendy's especially during lunch hour. we decided to have Wendy's for dinner tonight. Service is horrible. More staff is needed. We waited for more than we should have and still didn't get served. We weren't welcomed in, instead we got a nasty look from who I fear was the manager on duty.

The rudeness at this Wendy’s is unbelievable. You got these kids in there they wanna run their damn out. They wanna talk smart you got supervisors or managers in there that probably don’t give a shit because you allow your employees to do that. I don’t Recommend anyone ever stopping at this Wendy’s right here in Levine off of 35th Ave. and baseline by Cesar Chavez high school it’s crazy because your team’s only as good as their supervisor or their manager so if their manager don’t care then obviously your employees don’t care

Terrible, ordered a SpongeBob meal which is an overpriced combo meal.Meat was dry and tasteless,fries were overdone,only thing decent was the pineapple shake.No character image was printed on anything!

Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair automatic door, have to struggle through two doors to get in.

The service at this location was extremely disappointing. Despite having a full staff, not one employee acknowledged the customers in the lobby, who had already been waiting for over 10 minutes when I arrived. Instead, the staff focused solely on the drive-thru. I wanted to see if this lack of service was exaggerated, and unfortunately, it was not. The lobby customers were entirely ignored.

The manager, Cedrick, was equally disappointing. He avoided addressing the situation by keeping his head down, making sandwiches, and failing to demonstrate any leadership or customer service skills. It’s concerning that a manager, who earns more than his front-line staff, would avoid responsibility and not engage with customers. A lobby customer showed more professionalism and tact than he did. It’s hard to understand how Cedrick holds a management position given his apparent lack of basic customer service.

Furthermore, there was a clear health violation when an animal entered the restaurant due to the staff’s negligence. This is unacceptable, and I intend to report it to the health department. Allowing animals into a food establishment is a serious issue that cannot be ignored, no matter the location.

To add to the chaos, two employees were struggling to locate the order for the person in front of me, with Cedrick seemingly attempted to stay confused.

I would rather drive further away than return to this location. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service here is astonishing.

If I could give a negative I would. Staff was dirty all over. Clothes looked like she was in a mud fight. Looked like she just rolled over. Her attitude was not good. Don't wash hands.

Just pulled in, and the first thing said was, " I will be with you in a minute." Then she comes back a minute later and takes my order. I am the only one in the drive-thru, and I see 2 cars in the parking lot. I order a #8, pull up, the girls ask what my drink is again, gives me drink and I asks for me to pull forward. I said, "No,I am the only one here". She calls for her manager Johnny and he asks me politely and then says, "we are on a timer and it affects our bonuses." I decided to pull up one car length and with in seconds, had my food. Why did I need to pull up?

All I can say is if the staff namely Frances make this place better than it actually is. She was so kind, patient and helpful. Great employee, definitely makes up for anything that was dissatisfactory.
