I used to order from here all the time because it was convenient, but after today, I won’t be ordering from yall. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and only received nine nuggets. On top of that, the nuggets I did get were undercooked, chewy, and not crispy at all. To make things worse, I only got two sauces. Honestly, this is unacceptable, especially when you’re hungry and expecting a proper meal. Very disappointing. How lazy are your workers not making sure food is actually cooked ? Zoom in you can clearly see the not cooked part 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ugh just ordered a baconator and I got to tell ya the hair that was in my burger was definitely something I needed to end the night ugh like I was flossing with it 😍 also the girl lied to my face about putting sauce in my bag and it was unnecessary or maybe she meant hair idk .thank 🤘🏽

When you park 5 - 6 cars in a row to make your drive thru times look good to you mgt, but the customer actually sits for 10 min. District and regional should step in and have more oversight.

Fake drive thru times are not a success when you are actually making everyone wait 10-15 min.

Ordered 8 seperate items, was asked by window attendant if I wanted sauce i said yes and told her what i wanted. When received my order sauces were not in bag so waited to get attendants attention once more to remind of sauce I was offered. Attendant notified me that her coworker(possible supervisor) told her to charge me for sauce. Which is fine, but they were going to initially let me leave without it. They gave me 2 complimentary ones and charged me for the rest. If I wanted to pay for sauces I would have went to McDonald's up the road instead where I expect that type of stingy service.

How on earth do you charge someone 12.00 for a medium frosty, it’s like the employees aren’t even paying attention to who they are serving at the window then don’t even give them a receipt in order to get a refund, will not be going back to this location after this mistake always seem to mess up my order when I go to this one, if I could give zero stars I would.

Usually my family has no issues with Wendy's especially during lunch hour. we decided to have Wendy's for dinner tonight. Service is horrible. More staff is needed. We waited for more than we should have and still didn't get served. We weren't welcomed in, instead we got a nasty look from who I fear was the manager on duty.

The rudeness at this Wendy’s is unbelievable. You got these kids in there they wanna run their damn out. They wanna talk smart you got supervisors or managers in there that probably don’t give a shit because you allow your employees to do that. I don’t Recommend anyone ever stopping at this Wendy’s right here in Levine off of 35th Ave. and baseline by Cesar Chavez high school it’s crazy because your team’s only as good as their supervisor or their manager so if their manager don’t care then obviously your employees don’t care
