All I can say is if the staff namely Frances make this place better than it actually is. She was so kind, patient and helpful. Great employee, definitely makes up for anything that was dissatisfactory.

Just visited this location. I normally go through the drive-thru but decided to go in today. The employee African American young lady with braids and pink beads at the ends was so sweet. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to Wendy's. Your friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced my experience
