This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited. The employees are rude and think it’s funny to ruin the food. I tried to call to file a complaint with the manager about the employees and the phone number does not work. Avoid this location like the plague!!!!

Drive through worker was super rude, when I asked her to repeat herself she started screaming at me. I told her I will no longer be a customer at this Wendy’s and she laughed and said good. If people don’t like customer service they should find another job.

Bacon double stack should have bacon. Can't reach the Bell rd and Tatum location to resolve this. 2 stars

Okay , I got the Cajun chicken sandwich. It was delicious!! A bit too spicy but very tasty nonetheless! From the moment I ordered to the window; the young ladies there were very nice and professional. First time and I will definitely return and recommend!

We had great service and great food. Gabriel Medina and the team working the evening of 4/4/25 did an amazing job with the service and the quality of our food! The garlic parm saucy nuggs are the bomb!! We will definitely be back soon!!!
These negative reviews all match up. Just went through for a kids meal and they forgot my kids fries somehow. And then also give me a completely melted milkshake, which was pretty much just chocolate syrup by the point they give it to me, their phone number Also doesn’t work so don’t try calling if they mess anything up make sure you look at your bag before you leave.

Angry bc my Cinnabon pull aparts were stale and dry!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 to give you a better intellectual image on the texture, it’s like trying to stick a fork into a rock. 😡😡🪨 $4 for a cinnamon rock is crazy.

I chose biscuit and gravy. The sausage was a little too spicy for me. However, if you love spicy sausage, then you would like their biscuit and sausage gravy.
