The big lady late shift at Wendys is a lazy liar. She was aware that the drink was Pineapple and lied to my face. I had orderd a tropical punch. Trust is gone. Shame on her. Casaraha is her name. Time 10:39. Order # 336 1

I ordered a chicken blt in the app and picked up at drive thru. Opened sandwich and instead of a tomato slice, they put ketchup on it. Had they told me they had no tomato I would have changed my order. Totally unacceptable. I paid for tomato, I should have been told before substitution.

Lazy workers and Manager stated they wouldn’t do a meal deal order in the store without an app order. I also called another Wendy’s and they said they do it in stores. We have done it so many times at a handful of locations, including this one. They didn’t care to help anyway and were not respectful. This manager was a younger male. My husband and I felt very unwelcome.

My daughther have been 4 times for interview and management is never there. The are super inreaponsible to have the high schoolers to go on this temperature and just to tell them sorry the manager left. I am so mad about it thats why new generation is the way it is because of people like this. Non profesional
