It wasn't too busy when we went in. Just one other family there enjoying lunch. A couple of people walked in for there to go orders. Restaurant was clean and orderly. The restroom was also clean and well stocked.

This location has the rudest staff, and my order is wrong a majority of the time. Sad because I love Wendy’s and they clearly cannot be bothered to provide it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!
Ask for fresh Patty, instead I got one that was lukewarm. Even asked her, she assured me It would be fresh. And the French fries? The picture speaks for itself

Asked for “The Baconator” and for some reason I got a small cheeseburger with one strip of bacon. All for $17!! I should have just went to shake shack for that price. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years and this was very disappointing. I remember “The Baconator” was not a small cheeseburger. 1/10 probably won’t be going back.

Can't believe on what I saw, two of their employees was belittling a doordasher so apparently she was staring at them for too long what are we back high school. When speaking to the manager she went on attack mode saying she was staring for too long door dasher said I'm just waiting for my food. The door dasher was not yelling or cursing when speaking to the manager. Did get an apology from manager but the two employees were laughing at the doordasher what has thus coming up to.

My first time coming to this location. I had my son with me and had just picked him up from school. We went through the drive-thru, I was originally going to get 2 Boo bags, On one of the boo bag meals, I asked if I could, Replace the burger with a spicy chicken sandwich Instead, I would of paid the up charge.. I was told through the intercom by the woman taking my order, That I was not allowed to replace the boo bag meal burger.. So as I got to the window to pay, I forgot that my father-in-law was at home and I was going to order him something off the value menu, And since I was not in front of the ordering screen. I asked the drive thru attendant, What were my options and she said, the only thing they had were Junior cheeseburgers, I said OK great I’ll take 2 of those no onions, please.. The drive-thru attendant/Shift leader told me. I’m sorry, but you can’t order at the drive-through window. You’re gonna have to go back around. Wow I thought! Any other fast food place last minute I could always order something that I forgot to add at the window. I drove back around through the drive-thru again, to order and get my receipt for the original order that I didn’t get. I then paid for my other order. I asked the drive-thru attendant. What was the shift leaders name? Because I had seen the shift leader, Had Rolled her eyes and have an attitude, when I had asked for my receipt when I had to go back around the second time to order. when it all could’ve been prevented, by me adding on my things last minute for two sandwiches, But then I had to drive back around anyways, because they had forgot to give me my receipt, So I asked the drive-thru attendant for the shift leaders name, She had responded with a question, and said what? I repeated myself, and said yes what is your shift leaders name?

The drive-thru attendant, then responded with I don’t know her name, it’s Marcy or something starts with an M, and there is 3 of them. She very much had an attitude, in response of me asking her, and was reluctant to give me the shift leaders name at first. I got the shift leaders name, My son and I started to drive off.. Surely, I think to myself, as I’m driving off no way this could get worse.. wrong.. My Son’s looking through the bag, so he can have his chocolate Frosty from his boo bag meal.. As he’s searching around in the bag, there were no straws for the Frosty’s only spoons. I have not been to a Wendy’s in years mind you, These orders were placed on October, 25, 2024 At 12:47 PM And 12:44 PM
I will not be returning to this location, district managers. You really need to hire better
shift managers/general managers. For this location, That was the most horrible Service from a fast food place, that I have ever experienced, very unprofessional Employees/Staff
And I understand if they were busy, or trying to keep their drive-through time down. It is the job they signed up for to work under pressure, and work in the Industry that they do. It’s the job they got hired for, if they cannot, handle the pressures of the job. then they should seek employment somewhere else.. it is not Acceptable Behavior on the staff/employees. to let the customers suffer this way, I didn’t even get as hello/thank you/Bye from any of the employees. We will not be returning to This location until the staff/employees have had some more training, Customer service.. maybe watch some Ted talks or something, lack of empathy/patience

The service when I ordered was good. I ordered a Dave's Burger with cheese and an extra slice of cheese. I received a plain hamburger. I took it back and explained the problem. A young man took my burger, and after a "discussion" with a woman preparing food,he told me they would take care of it. When he gave me my "new" burger, it was actually my old burger-now cold-with cheese slices also cold. I gave up at this point. I didn't want to deal with them again. I would not go back to this Wendy's. Next time, I'll go to Chick-fil-A next door.

I placed an order ahead of time and it still took them 25 minutes to get our food out. When we received our items they were all ice cold, hard, and stale. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning to this location. Highly disappointed.
