Just came thru the drive thru the girl mykayla was rude had a ugly attitude was rushing to give us the food and was forgetting our other drinks and when we asked her where the other drinks where she stocked her head out was like what huh what with an attitude and closed the
Me and my mom went there in the morning. Some manager there has the audacity to speak to us like we are kids. The nerve to speak about us to her other subordinates about how we should understand it’s not lunch it’s breakfast. She had the window wide open to speak so loudly and so rudely. I’m glad my mother and I are very calm people. Some people would not like her attitude especially on the south side of Phoenix. She needs to be replaced or sent to some boot camp for re training because obviously if this is how she runs her household I can only image the toxic environment she creates when she works. She seems to have a stick up when we asked for nuggets. A simple ma'am sorry we don’t serve for breakfast instead of a mountain of insults and belittling thrown at us.
