Wendy's was my favorite fast food but their cost cutting has ruined the quality of their food such as changing lettuce and they haven't put condiments on my burger multiple times now so I think they are chopping that as well. They now charge for dipping sauce too. Another reason to just eat at home since food quality and customer service goes down while price goes crazy up.

Don't even try to walk in and order nonexisting customer service. They'll just sit there and run around in Circles not looking at you to make it seem like they're busy and then get to 20 minutes later

I don’t recommend getting French toast because it’s the second time that this happens to me. I thought they were gonna be crunchy but no they just dipping them in oil and take them out and ready to serve not good at all 🥹🥹🥹

Wow, this place is a damn mess. Three kiosks one of them is not working, no live attendant to help after asking for help didn’t come finally had to leave after half hour of trying to make a three separate orders. I hope if this is in their future where there’s no people taking orders or assisting, I don’t see this last thing too long. Finally left, not a good place or concept.

The experience was nice and delightful though the drive though or going inside. the inside was kept clean and well maintained as well as the bathrooms. An excellent place to stop and grab some food if your passing by on the i-10
