Horrible, rude customer service. Only kiosk orders now. Bad water leak from ceiling causing customer areas to be extremely slippery and dangerous. Staff didn't care. Lost my business. Big 0 from me.

I don’t recommend getting French toast because it’s the second time that this happens to me. I thought they were gonna be crunchy but no they just dipping them in oil and take them out and ready to serve not good at all 🥹🥹🥹

Wow, this place is a damn mess. Three kiosks one of them is not working, no live attendant to help after asking for help didn’t come finally had to leave after half hour of trying to make a three separate orders. I hope if this is in their future where there’s no people taking orders or assisting, I don’t see this last thing too long. Finally left, not a good place or concept.

The experience was nice and delightful though the drive though or going inside. the inside was kept clean and well maintained as well as the bathrooms. An excellent place to stop and grab some food if your passing by on the i-10

Food was decent, definitely wouldn't reccomend getting breakfast items that might sit for a while, the fresh cooked food was good, french toast sticks were definitely sitting for a while
