Paid for 4 kids meals only got 3 and paid for a baconator and got their version of a double stack with bacon. Lazy ssa people working there I definitely won’t spend my money there EVER!

This place is horrible customer service
This is the second time I’ve tried to go there and order food and even though there are people in there, you can’t place an order. You have to download an app order online and then go through the drive-through.
They make it way too hard to spend money there
Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else

So frustrating I couldn't even order meals for my family. Never came across such a unexperienced manager. Who knows nothing about customer service in the fast food business. I ran a store for 16 years and I would very upset if I heard one of my employees speak to a customer and .are them feel like it was their fault. Just fix the order the best way you know how. Insteadbof arguing. I WAS VERY SPECIFIC!!!! CARLOS needs some redirection shame shame shame.

The lady sneezed on our drinks they had us wait saying they were "serverly understaffed" there were 7 of them it was rushed and they had us wait in our car after the drive through for around 20-25 minutes. It was not busy at all. Will NOT be going back.

Ordered Baked potato it looked and tasted like it was HOURS OLD! Also ordered cup of chili was not hot and they had NO SPOONS!
This used to be a good location they need better management

WOW!!! I had read the reviews prior to going. One read "they always have some technical issue". My experience, closed at 9 when I just read they close at 12. Drive through menu lights didn't light up and couldn't read it. Attendant's first statement "no cards at this time". I asked please don't forget my ketchup, they forgot. I was asked to pull around to wait for my order, attendant came out with bags asking about 10 cars waiting "what did you order, what did you order". I'm not sure if they just opened but there's something really wrong or they had some poor planning.

They have a everyone in the drive thru pull to the front for their food. A bunch of cars with no where to park. They come out and look around with no idea in where the food goes.

Everytime I come here, they have some sort of “ technical difficulties “. I run a fast food restaurant and I know that’s bullcrap. Employee with the blue hair needs to be retrained on how to give customer service. Waited 5 min at the drive thru, said “ hello” then she wanted to get an attitude as if it’s my fault I was waiting there. Do better Wendy’s.
