All I really eat from here are the Cobb salads which are always on point can't say much for anything else though...I don't usually actually go in and I barely deal with staff but 1 did make a problem of making separate orders which should be simple but again the salad ??

Just about the poorest customer service I've ever gotten at a fast food change. Mr. Carlos working the drive-through window was very disrespectful on asking simple questions about the menu. ... Mr. Carlos needs to be sat down and talk to you about customer service being pleasant talking to customers I really hope management sees this and Carlos given a little training on assisting customers

The first time I went to this location, the people were rude and got our order completely wrong. We didn't have the time to go back and get it corrected.The next time, they claimed the frosty machine was down for my daughter's free frosty. It also didn't look like the oil in their fryer had been changed recently. Customer service still horrible.

If you want coffee in the morning don't expect a certain employee to make it for you. She should not be working at a place that you expect decent simple customer service. She was rude and not friendly. Said she just got to work. I asked for coffee and she said that there wasn't any and then looked to find there was some enough to fill a small cup. Told me not to take the tray even though I was just moving it to the left while I was waiting for my order. Asked for a refill while she was busy chatting with a coworker while there was no customers in the restaurant or drive up. Looked at me like why were you asking for a refill. Never offered to make any or say that don't offer a refill. Why does this Wendy's on Camelback in Phoenix have an employee that works there like this? Really...
2/14/24. I just went there tonight to get my kids free frostys and the attendant flat out say "we are not taking any orders tonight." In a completely rude tone. I recommend NOT going to this location.
