I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, I want it to look like the pictures. This is the only Wendy's that I will eat at in Phoenix because it looks like the pictures. The other locations never look like the picture and/or have other problems with the staff that clearly don't care about your food. The people that work here seem to be fantastic at what they do. If you are within 15 minutes of this location don't go to the other locations.

so the two stars has nothing to do with the service because my cashier was awesome and he did the best he could considering how busy it was. My two stars is for the corporation itself. I Ordered an asiago chicken combo and I've been getting the asiago chicken for YEARS. And unfortunately to my surprise and disappointment the asiago chicken has disappeared. I'm not even kidding it was buried in this average sized bun. I basically paid almost $15 for a combo and I had more bread and lettuce than I had actual chicken. Like-When I finish the chicken there was so much bread left. I'll show that picture. The taste of the food wasn't too bad it's gotten a little bit cheap as far as taste and presentation so to start cutting down on the actual size of the filet Wendy? I won't be eating here anymore and I know there's a lot of people that agree with me so hopefully they stop too

I usually come to this Wendy's when I'm having to go to the VA hospital for my appointment and today I got a burger the cheese was not melted at all and I got a big piece of lettuce on Little Burger make it make sense I prefer to leave good reviews not bad reviews this burger could have been a whole lot better if the cheese was melted and the lettuce was proportionate to the Burger and speaking of the tomato it has something black on it I don't know what it is had to throw it out that's crazy...

I tried calling before they closed and the lady on the phone was very rude. I asked if I could place an order for pick up and she said she couldn't take the order and id have to use door dash which was trying to charge me more than I had. (I'm currently staying at a hotel just getting back on my feet) So I have no vehicle at the moment and not a lot to spend. Anyways fast forward I go to pick it up and I'm on a bike it's late it's cold I just got off of work and I'm tired and I am coming from 16th st and I get all the way there and they deny me service at all because of the fact that I'm not in a motor vehicle. Like seriously wtf. I have Money and I made it before they closed why couldn't that be enough? I'm tired and came all the way down here for nothing.

I've been through the drive through twice and each time I get the same server. I didn't catch her name but she is the absolute SWEETEST person I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Even after dealing with the nasty customer in front of me in the drive thru who was yelling at her she had a smile on her face when I pulled up. That woman deserves a raise and I sincerely hope all the best for her in life!! ❤️

Terrible. Not only did they make me wait at the window for a long time, but when they finally helped me they were out of potatoes, out of frosties, and the “chilli was already put away”. Now, I’m a pretty easy going person, but damn! Might as well close an hour early at that point since you have nothing available.
