I went during rush hour and the cashier Mabell was very sweet and fast with her service. Food was delicious and I would recommend to come to this Wendy’s if you’re looking for fresh food and kind service.

The girl that works the shift in the morning name Mabel is very rude, I simply asked for the breakfast menu because the lunch menu was still on the board, I said do you have a breakfast menu? She said yeah. Then I said OK can you put it up? She said yeah. Then I pulled to the front And she still had a bad attitude. I would recommend letting that girl go. Hopefully Wendy’s man can see this and train their employees be better with customer service

I placed an order through the app for drive-through pick up and got there about an hour and a half before they closed. I sat at the speaker and don’t want answered so I pulled up to the window and saw the lady employee talking to another one of the employees and they both ducked out of the way like I didn’t just see them. A little comic, I guess but I was hungry and guess I will find a different late nightspot to eat

I asked the manager to provide me the sauces before he parks me up ahead to wait for my order, he said he would make sure the sauce was in the bag because he is the manager and he will make it happen. Needless to say …. The chile sauce I asked for never made it into the order! Great manager!

Didn't get my whole order, I take insulin and if I don't get my whole order I'll have to make up for that with other food or I could literally die. Not only that but it's a waste of money to not get all my food. Will not be returning. They also don't give receipts, so I couldn't get it fixed if I wanted to.
