I ordered the biggie bag from Wendy's and they messed up the order twice and then my little sister in-law found a hair in her food the burgers were dry and overcooked the Fries were delicious but the spicy nuggets were over cooked and not the mentioned A HAIR WAS IN OUR FOOD😐this was my first experience my first impression on this fast food chain and I'm disappointed I hope night shift here gets better employees and a better manager God forbid one of my family members get sick because of poor hygiene in the workplace smh

Absolutely worst service ever, I asked for the name of the girl who was extremely rude from the start but she must be so incompetent at her job that she forgets her name is on my receipt. So, to Shelby I don't know if you had a bad day, boyfriend left you, parents don't love you and made you get a job at Wendy's but what I do know is I didn't do anything to you so I have no clue why you decide to be a giant pain in my ass when I order a simple combo. Tip: take that stick out your ass and put a smile on or stick to washing dishes in that back because trust me customers dont wanna see you in your tight ass uniform anyways.

Shame on this site. My elderly mom and dad drove thru and couldn't hear the person taking the order. After several tries the order was still wrong. They took there food and as my parents were driving away the person (girl) at the window told them to go to haydes.

I order simple double stack with only mayonnaise tomato and lettuce why I get my sandwich and had ketchup mustard onions mayo tomato lettuce on the same why register guy got order right but they could wow sad hell

140 Wendy's closing and I hope this is one of them cause of poor management. So these youngsters have hate in their heart or they just don't give a damn. Waited 15 minutes for the food n frys where cold n I asked for unsweetened ice tea 2 of them n got both sweet. The kid looked at me with a guilty face ? and me telling my wife to chill they are professionals and they are making my food bomb?. I even told the kid god bless you. ? well hope Wendy's turns it around cause that's the last time I'm going there. The people next door at panda work hard and fast. Definitely panda next time.

Ordered the Krabby Patty Kollab on the app and ended up waiting for over a half hour for my food. While at first I understood that I had put in the order just as they switched over to their lunch menu, I watched five other orders get called out while I waited for mine, and when they finally did call out my order, they didn't have everything ready to go.
Another problem I have with this location is how often the dining room isn't open in the morning. Nearly every time I've gone to get breakfast, the dining room is closed, likely due to staffing issues.
You're better off going to the one off Central and Indian School, across from Steele Park.

Wendy's is also a busy place for drive-thru and dine in at Wendy's a real classic like McDonald's also very busy at the main road I'd always go to Wendy's for a classic hamburger add a milkshake I love Wendy's
