The assistant manager for night shift Philip Davis is extremely unprofessional and uses his title to intimidate employees. Yesterday 12/14/2025 around 10pm I arrived at the drive thru for a pick up and as I pull up I am advise they can no longer take orders at the moment however, my pick up was already paid for and not even 2 seconds later, you hear Philip screaming and being disrespectful towards another 17 year old employee and circling him as if he wanted to get physical outside in the back. Davis kept telling the other employee that he was fired, took his headset, kept screaming to leave and that he WILL GET HIM FIRED one way or another then continued to close the kitchen back door. The 17 year old held his composure and was more mature than the grown adult Davis is. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. Philips needs to be FIRED AND NOT TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT STORE/LOCATION to solve the issue. Philips is definitely a type of person who uses his TITLE as power and that is unacceptable!! After I intervene and stated he does not need to be disrespecting and treating employees like shit, he refused my service AFTER my door dash order had already been paid for. When asked for the corporate number, he declined providing it and stated “you will be waiting here all night” and closed the drive thru window. Out of my 26 years of life, i have NEVER encountered a situation like this and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the GENERAL MANAGER, HIRING MANAGER AND CORPORATE OFFICE for putting someone in charge who has 0 capabilities in being a manager and running a business!

One of the employees Annalysa was super helpful and made me feel welcomed she made sure all my food was in my bag and made sure my sons frosty was made correctly before giving it to him and was super genuine and nice to him

It's a manager here named Kent and he always has a attitude and is very rude not only that it's been a good 7 times that I bought food from here and it be cold like it's been sitting or right out not cooked so y'all be very careful going here

Wendy's is always a solid choice, but my recent visit was made exceptional because of an employee named Annalysa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was super helpful in navigating the menu. I was having a hard time deciding, and she offered some great suggestions. My order was prepared quickly and perfectly, and Annalysa even checked to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. Thanks to Annalysa, my lunch was a total win!

Can't remember the guy's name that took my order but he did a good job over over the intercom. Got to window and gave analysa my card she handed me 1 drink and then was flirting with the guy who took my order while he was making my other drink.. they were both talking and giggling got my food and left . I didn't check my bag this time. Last 2 visits were perfect. Got home I'm missing 1 large fry I had 7 out of 10 chicken nuggets and one of my drinks were 3 forths full. I didn't care to go back as I have a busy day and don't have time .... Please don't flirt and giggle while your handling a customer it's very unprofessional and rude that's why my order was messed up.

It's difficult to say that fast food can be consistent but this particular location is!
I've gone at different times of the day and it's always fresh, they never mess up my order. They put a generous amount of cheese on my chili which is great because I'm paying extra for it.
I'm always anticipating something bad when it comes to fast food and even more with the drive thru but nope, they get it right 100% of the time.
At night time the menu doesn't light up, that's my only complaint. I always stick to my same order otherwise I couldn't begin to read it.
Ask for chili oil and crackers if you want them. They won't offer it so you have to ask!
Fries are fries. Unless you eat them right out of the fryer, they'll always be cold and soggy. It's just the way it is.
Someone is managing this location perfectly 👀 Keep up the great work!

Never go after 8:00 pm they precook everything! My dog wouldn't eat the fries! Wow I thought jack in the box was bad! Save your money and go to in and out on camelback and 101.
