I was so excited to come here to try a pretzel but they were sold out. I will try again sometime but maybe not this location. Thanks anyways. Customer service was nice at least.
I went tonight to buy pretzels and I was only given 2 choices a cheese or jalapeí±o pretzel . Everything else was gone and empty. I didn't understand why they didn't have anything else when there was almost 2 hours left before closing.. if they have different hours for closing then the mall they should put their own time so costumers don't waste their time on going somewhere they don't want to sell . Also their costumer service is bad , after not having what I went for they give me an attitude of “this is what there is and I'm not making more...

Great pretzels. Always wondered how a business can be so busy but never have prices posted. My thought is when you're the best you don't have to be normal. Make sure to download the app and enjoy a free sample on your first visit and birthday.
Horrible customer service. The employees here at like it's a burden to help customers out. They'd rather be on their cellphone then be bothered by a customer
They have the week customer service, the girl on the cashier who is taking the payments, was laughing at us while my child drop the lemonade cup,after I asked her give some thing to clean the floor, " she hide behaind the glass didn't know I saw her " and laughing at me " I didn't know why she was laughing at us!# nothing funny happened at all.
At the Paradise Valley Mall asked for a cup of water they said they don't have any
