So I never leave a review but damn. I ordered entire meal for me and other people on the kiosk. I have cash. There is no cash option. I have to re order everything with staff at the register. They are lacking simple things to complete my entire order. They don’t have enough change on hand to pay me. This was a strange experience at a Whataburger.

Pulled up behind a line of 3 cars at 10pm. Ordered a shake, and proceeded to wait literally 15 minutes without moving an inch while 6 other cars stacked up behind me. People including myself just started pulling out and leaving the line. Absolutely awful time management and service. Wont be back (fun fact: first time here I ordered a chocolate shake and they gave me a Dr Pepper shake. Boo. Learn how to do ur job)
