I’m not big on fast food, but nostalgia hits now and then and I think back to my youth and the time when Whataburger was still a novelty. So I’m here traveling and come into this Whataburger in Tempe Arizona and I’m just blown away with this cool jalapeño cheeseburger, I just finished. It wasn’t just the cheeseburger, but the ordering and the staff person who helped us also was kind enough to drop our food off at our table after it was prepared. A super kind fellow with a great way with customers. Eric, thank you so much for a cool visit here.

Had the patty melt on a texas toast, and the hamburger patties were so dry and unseasoned. Isn't the texas toast supposed to taste like butter, not Whataburgers... It tasted like they dipped it in leftover hamburger grease. Their fries tasted like the typical generic frozen kind. When I first walked in to pick up my order, the staff continued to do their tasks and did not greet us. After standing around for a few minutes, I finally excused myself for some assistance. The only thing that was appealing was the clean dining area, but there were only 2 other people there. Sorry, Whataburgers, after hearing all the hype on social media, you ended up disappointing us. Now it's time to go back to In and Out!

My order was very fast so I expected fresh and hot, not so much. When they deliver to your table inside they bring condiments, but not when it's curb side pickup? Also there was a guy on the roof throwing dirty air filters to the ground right in front of my vehicle.
