I wasn't really impressed with Whataburger. I had high expectations as I had heard so many great things about it. The food was just okay. The burger was nothing special and bun was slightly burnt. Fries weren't the best either. The malt was interesting but didn't really remind me of a classic malt. The flavor was hard to pinpoint. While this would have been better if I ate at the restaurant, the overall quality and taste just wasn't there.

First time ever at a whataburger...Went thru drive thru this evening. Ordered onion rings and patty melt... the onion rings were horrid, fried in rancid grease that should have been changed. The patty melt bread was like rubber. I don't think I Soulja ever go back.

Honestly my order always gets messed up. I always have my sauces that I pay for missed, today I had not only my sauce but my large fry missing from my order. Only to find out after I’ve gotten home. What really sucks is that it was an online order so there should be no miscommunication on my Order.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Just one other customer already eating. Ordered #13 tender meal. The tenders and toast were cold and dry like they had been sitting awhile. Frys were fresh. Location was clean. It is a bit cold as well but not uncomfortable.

Fries were cold and stale! Fresh and hot fries make a huge difference and seems difficult to get at a drive through nowadays.
