The worst place was an older and secret cashier who didn't bring any money because of the way she treated me and then, according to her, very smart and just not being Asian, they come to work and don't even have a half or soda, but she is very kind and doesn't even bother going to that place aaa and all Don't be afraid that they will sell you the sauce in a way that will make you suffer from bad money and bad service.

Had our order to go and get to our destination and start eating our food and find that the fries weren't hot or fresh. The fry bin was full when we arrived so we thought that had just dumped a fresh batch but to our disappointment they weren't. The burger that my husband ordered was dry so maybe over cooked or it had also been made and sitting there as well. This was my first time getting food there and wasn't to thrilled. I was at another location years ago and was never given my order but my coworkers and others that ordered after me were given their orders so I asked for a refund. Now I am not impressed with this business at all. People I know say this place has good food but from what I have experienced they are not living up to the hype.

Our drive through order was completely wrong. We asked about it, they asked us to pull forward to wait for it to be fixed. We waited well over 10 minutes with nothing. My boyfriend went inside to ask about our order, they hadn't even started it. Basically forgot about us. Asked to get a small vanilla shake while I’m the drive through line after I had ordered and was denied since they didn’t have a machine at the drive through window to take payment. Shouldn’t be her to make an order take my card and charge me after having me wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru lane. They need to get some training from in n out, Chick-fil-A, canes or any other fast food place with a drive thru line that gets busy on being able to take orders properly. Don’t recommend.
I usually come here with no issues, but last night i mobile ordered and even though i got my food pretty quickly, when i got home i noticed both of the burgers i ordered were still very bright pink in the middle. Made me lose my appetite tbh. Really bummed out about how undercooked my food seemed.

It's whataburger, you're not expecting this to be an amazing experience. However, you can always count that they will be open and ready to serve you should the craving arise for a burger at 3 AM. Overall decent food, not something to write home about, but for those that have the right pallet this could definitely be a go to spot for burgers.
