Amazing and well-made burger, fries, and chicken strips!! Little dirty but was ok. Service was a miss. The person at Cashier was new, which I didn't give the 2 star service for but for other reasons. When food was brought to us, it wasn't to go. Asked the lady for bags, she said ok. Never returned. Was going to go refill my drink and get bags, but when I went to fill my drink, the cup popped and spilled all over the floor. No one was at the front as I wanted to apologize and let them know. Waited for someone, and finally, someone came and told them about the incident and asked for to go bags and if I could get a replacement cup. The person gave me bags and said I would have to pay for another cup and wait for the cashier. Went to bag my food to go, but I didn't see anyone at the cashier, so I left. The food was good, but the service was, eh.

This used to be a good location I got a double Whataburger with cheese it was cold as hell cheese was hard they're pre-making the burgers and serving them this is not msde to order anymore I will never come back to this location again. But I will give credit to the guy on the intercom he was very nice regardless the white guy by the way.

Decent food for a fast food place, clean & friendly staff. Their one "MAJOR" drawback time & time again, is the constant forgotten products already purchased not placed inside the food bags. I never begrudge an individual seeking a livable wage, but the pay received by their staff should predicate a fully proficient performance at providing all purchased products to the customer without having to constantly return. SMH

The service here is usually great had no issues in the past. How ever tonight on thanks giving I know it’s a holiday and no one wants to be working. But my husband son and I just came for dinner on the site it says 24 hours I don’t know if that’s true. There was a light skinned girl wearing a blue shirt on drive thru she’s a heavy set, while I was still trying to order for my son she cut me off. & just gave me the total. My 1 year old didn’t even get food we didn’t get ketchup and she was so rude. Management needs to at least have a talk with her or something I don’t know her name I tried calling but no one picked up and they gave me my food and shut the window. They didn’t even give me the chance to ask for some ketchup & I wasn’t even rude to them. I just wanted food and to go home. Side note the fries were cold and had so much salt, I’m pregnant & couldn’t even eat it. This happened at 11:50 pm.

I was totally blown away by the attention given by all staff. You would have thought we went into a Michellen Star restaurant. From the time we went in till leaving. We had to get lunch for an entire girls' softball team. We were walking and slammed the staff with one of those 10 burger boxes plus 5 other orders. The wonderful lady taking our order never missed a beat. When we extended our apology for doing this out of the blue, she responded, "It's all good, gives us great training. We get to learn" The place was clean and organized. Food only took maybe 5 minutes from order to our hand. They went further by giving us cups of mayo,mustard, and catsup. EVERYTHING on order was correct. That in itself is an accomplishment for today.. I will always recommend this Whataburger.

Came in at 11pm on Friday, 11/15/2024. Ordered 2 burgers and a large fry. Didn’t get fries. Had to ask. Didn’t get offered napkins or ketchup. Had to go behind the counter myself to get napkins after waiting and no one up front. When the fries came out they were smothered in so much salt that they were inedible. Order: $22.52
They so called manager there was hella rude cursing at me all becasue I needed to use the rest room

Pretty tragic when you have 8-9 staff members inside doing “work” and it takes them 25+ minutes to get through 4 cars in the drive thru with 3 total people sitting on the inside. At this point I’d suggest getting new management there were 4 supervisors with black coats and 4 orange shirted people. Something about the place has got to change forsure. I’m not even trying to be a Karen but it’s now been 30 minutes as I’m writing this and I’m still waiting in a pull up to finish my order
