I have been to this Whataburger two times and have ordered the same meal every time. I order the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich on Texas toast. Not sure if it's harder to warm up the toast than a bun, but on both sandwiches, the toast is burnt-like black burnt-where I would try to still eat it but would leave a taste in my mouth. My drink came with little to no ice and was warm, but the young lady at the window was very nice and respectful when I was ordering.

I placed a total of 3 orders over the past week which somehow they managed to mess all of them up. First one they forgot food and the food they didn’t forget had hair in it. The second order was placed mobile and they somehow lost it. And when I went to pick up the second order I came to talk to a manager about the first order placed and got treated disrespectfully and the manager couldn’t let me talk to him because they were in a rush but he had to make it a point that he couldn’t do anything about it at that time because my original order was a breakfast order and they weren’t serving it the time I was trying to do something about it. After talking with the manager and getting treated disrespectfully I still ordered and they put 2 small fries instead of 2 medium like i ordered. I worked for whataburger for a good while before I moved to Arizona and you guys make this brand look awful the only person doing their job correctly was when I went in today around 7:30 whoever is the GM please think wisely about who you choose to be your management cause the guy I talked to is a joke I made some valid points when talking to him and all he had to say was the same thing.

Their burgers are thick and delicious. The breakfast burger is one of my favorites. The patty melt beats all others.

I went thru the drive thru and employee did not ring up my cheeseburger. When I advised her that she said “ I can’t ring it up because I already took the car behind you order.” What kind of employee says that to a customer. I will make sure everyone I know does not eat there!!!
