I hope this review goes directly to this particular location because they knock customer service out of the park!
I have been to a handful of locations in Texas and none provided service like this Arizona location. Every single person acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. I was waiting for a little bit more coffee for my iced coffee and 3 other people asked if I was being helped. Customer service isn't what it used to be, and this location reminds you...

My visit to Whataburger on 2901 Bell was an absolute delight from start to finish. I stopped by for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait in the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted by the cashier with a cheerful, welcoming voice: “Welcome to Whataburger! How can I help you today?” Her friendliness immediately set the tone for a positive experience.
