I met with some friends for drinks the atmosphere was great. Very busy with high energy. I only ordered drinks and I must say the 3 old fashions I ordered were very light for that type of drink. But they were tasty.

Food was served cold and tasted terrible, would NEVER recommend. Cocktails are good if you only want a drink at the bar!

Fried chicken was over cooked! French fries were cold! Fish sandwich no bread was cold but the sweet potato fries were good! Bisquit was OK!! Waitress was not at all concerned about our concern with food!! Too bad!! First time we were there I praised your food but disappointed this time!! Will have to think about eating at your place again!!!

This was our first visit here, on our first trip to PHX.
When you order a Benedict, the only expectation is a runny egg, which was not the case. The salmon Benedict also featured salmon that appeared to be textured the same way as canned tuna. Although, for the pricing on Brunch, we didn’t expect the salmon to be a filet or sou vide, but it was a disappointment. The potatoes that came with the dish tho, wow soooo good and crispy yet fluffy inside.
The service was amazing and the rest of the food was incredible.
An appetizer that features apples and cheese fondu? That was definitely the highlight of the meal.
The biscuits and gravy were plentiful and came with succulent sausage, a must try.
Hopefully next visit we get a runny egg on the Benedict! 🙌🙏

We had Ruben and pork sandwiches for lunch on a weekday (they were not busy). The food was good but nothing special. The server who took our order and served our food was very friendly. It was a different server (a black lady) who took our plates away and was to give us the check. We waited for our check longer than our food. When I asked her again for the check, she definitely had some attitude.

I've been here many times over the years and am giving this a round up 4. Id say it's closer to 3.5/3.75. Good menu, good drinks, pretty standard pricing for Phoenix area. Nice parking lot that you could normally snag the last spot in. I like their numbered drink menu and could see it being fun getting through them all at some point. Nice indoor/outdoor seating for good weather. Not quite fast casual, not quite fancy- somewhere in the middle. Consistently good service and staff!

Very expensive food, with little taste. Wasn't accommodating to our autistic son.

Had a weird experience. Food was great. Atmosphere great. Took 10 min to have someone serve me. A male bartender served the person to the left and right of me but frustratingly dismissed me over and over again. So much so a woman, two seats to the right noticed. Another bartender; female, served me. This all the while the male bartender was right next to her. He never acknowledged me even while I ordered. He was right in front of me. I haven't felt this kind of frustration for years. Some people will may know exactly what I'm talking about. Hopefully I'm just making this more of this than is actually happening. Maybe it was innocent and absent mindfulness. Maybe I'm overreacting.
Maybe not.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at the Windsor restaurant during what was meant to be a celebratory lunch for my son’s birthday. I am a 55-year-old woman and have never been as insulted as I was by the server and manager, Clarise.
We each enjoyed two cocktails with our meal and requested a third. However, we were abruptly told we were cut off, despite being respectful and composed throughout. This was shocking, as we felt there was no valid reason for this decision.
I suspect this treatment was due, in part, to our foreign accents, which makes me feel discriminated against. This was deeply hurtful and tarnished what should have been a joyful occasion.
I hope your restaurant takes incidents like this seriously and implements steps to address such treatment toward customers. I would appreciate a response to understand how you plan to address this issue.

I don't think it clicked to me. The vibe was great. The impossible burger was underwhelming. Felt like it was put together by an inept person.
