Went in for lunch. When me and my co worker walked in we weren’t greeted, nor acknowledged. No one was in front of us but we stood there for about 10 min while the person taking orders helped bag food. Also while this was happening another employee was just standing there talking to another person getting orders ready. Finally when they took our orders the young women working the front did not apologize for the wait or anything. Ordered my food, when it was ready they did not call out our name for the order I finally had to walk up and when I did was handed my food. I ordered the three piece strip combo, strips when cold, the fries were fresh and good though. Terrible customer service by the employees working today at 12pm. They all need to be retrained how to provided good customer service.

Is over seasoned fries & wings are terrible at this place sauce is not even mixed right you can see the sauce not mixed in correctly plus too much salt on e erything that can get some one sick

Also I'm starting to get that fake food feeling when eating at Wingstop it's like I went to McDonald's NO Nutrition at all .... You know when you eat an nutritional meal you feel better and warm immediately after. Not this place...

Just wanted to say this place has gone down hill having to witness the shift leader messing around and talking down on his coworkers ? I believe his name is Matthew. The manager yessica seems like she doesn’t take proper care of this store at all. People quitting and leaving because of poor management it’s not the same anymore. Today was the last straw I Waited 30 minutes just for my order to be messed up fries are cold and Matthew handled the order. Overall I’m tired of giving this place a chance over and over again and witness this store fall down.

No that’s not sauce…it’s grease! Asked for well done lemon pepper but my wings were super soggy. Fries were also soggy and unseasoned. It seemed like it was just a bunch of kids playing around in the kitchen.
