Messed up my order, complete run around to fix it, I still have the food and receipt, bunch of kids working a late Friday couldn’t tell who was the manager they all look 16. Not coming back to this location

The Staff is pretty friendly, but thing I hate is when they put the veggie sticks on the bottom of the bag and when you take them out and everything falls out in front of your house, that’s always a pain in the ass that I love this spot

Decided to dine in for the first time here and the lady in the front was rude from the start. After i ordered, she said give them 20 mins. People who ordered after me are receiving there meals and yet I still haven’t. I go up and she says “almost done just 3 mins” , it’s already passed the 20 mins, going on 40 mins and still not receiving anything. My husband goes up just for her to tell him “sorry I didn’t see your order” it’s been sitting this entire time! I try my food and it’s not even good! It has to be remade!! And I was not the only one who complained someone did right after me!! Last time I’m coming here!

I am suprised at the negative reviews because we haven't yet experienced any problems, "knock on wood".
We have been placing to go orders at this location for years and the wings have always been great. We typically order cajun, lemon Pepper and Hot. The fries sometimes can be a hit or miss with the seasoning. The staff is usually very friendly and is prompt. If I really wanted to be picky I could say that we did notice a little less sauce this last time.

Very slow. Whatever wait time they tell you, just double or even triple that, whether it's ordered online or in-store.

I ordered online, they messed up my fries, they messed up my wings, and they forgot my brownie. I showed up on time to pickup my wings, and they told me I had to wait still. I got home and my fries were cold.
Don't go to this Wingstop. It is simply not worth it.

Ordered a delivery thru Uber eats for Wingstop. Wingstop said it would be 25 min and it was taking longer than 25 min I had to leave the house for work so I cancelled the order because I wasn’t going to be home due to work and the order taking longer than the promised 25 min. I checked my bank account and I was charged anyway for food I never received. Don’t waste your time and money at Wingstop in Laveen and don’t order thru Uber eats.

We went to dine-in at Wingstop Laveen. Mind you , I ordered for 50$ and when I asked for a cup of water, I was told that they don't do cup of water. It is the first place I have been where they won't give a cup of water, that too when I am dining in.
The food was good though but the wait time was long.

I was on my way home for the night and placed an online order to which the system told me My order would be ready within 17 to 21 minutes. I arrived within 10 minutes of me placing my order, and lo and behold, my order was already done and waiting for me when I got there. Drove home, changed clothes, and got ready to sit down to eat my dinner; got my TV show ready to go, I sit down and take a bite, and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way through.
Called Wingstop to let them know the situation, and they offered to remake the food. If it was a little bit earlier in the evening, I definitely would have taken them up on it; but since it'll almost 11:00 at night by the time I get back home, I just asked them for a refund!
If they would have just taken the time to prepare my food in the beginning- in the time frame THEY initially gave themselves (industry standard times for cooking raw chicken), then I would have been able to eat & enjoy dinner tonight, instead of going to bed hungry!!!
I could see if they were short staffed, had a huge dinner rush going on, or something of that nature... However, when I walked in and there's barely any orders, nor hardly anyone sitting in the restaurant waiting for food, or eating for that matter; That's when I tend to get really upset, because all of this could have been avoided.
I definitely will be going to another Wingstop!

Purchased the summer bundle. I put my order in the mobile app and it gave me an expected window time of when it would be ready. When I arrived I gave the cashier my name and she ignored me and went on to help another person. I waited 30 more minutes after the time window and I still had to go up to ask on the status of my order. The cashier then grabbed my order from the shelf so it could have been sitting several minutes if I didn't ask for it. They also forgot to give me the Cajun corn that I paid for. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. I get that they were busy but seems like there needs improvement with organization when it comes to the online orders system.
