Rude don’t say anything when calling just pick up the phone and put you on hold bad customer service
After receiving the wrong order, we called the store and offered to bring the food back in exchange for the correct order. We were told it would take about two hours and that, because the store was busy, our issue wasn’t a priority. When we asked for a refund, we were told it would take 20 days—but later found out that phone order refunds actually need to be processed in-store and couldn’t have been handled over the phone. Also it does not take 20 days to process a refund.
We later spoke with another Wingstop location, and they said they’d escalate the issue to an area manager or field rep, but we haven’t heard anything since. On a positive note, we also reached out to a Scottsdale Wingstop, during our research on Wingstop policy, and the manager there was incredibly helpful and professional. They went out of their way to make things right. Due to this we will still order from wingstop just not this Laveen store. Lessons learned I will check my order before leaving and to never order from the Laveen Wingstop.
I haven't had wingstop in awhile and this last experience just reminded me why. Food was ready 30mins after the time we were told. Under cooked and under seasoned wings and that's a first cause wingstop is known to be salty as hell. Not going back.
Wingstop offers great food with great flavors. Usually their food quality and customer service experience is their downfall. If the food is going to take long they could at least take their time and make sure the food quality is great. A recent online order I placed at this location I ended up taking home only to find out that all the wings and tinders were barely tossed in the dry rub I requested. I took the order back to the store and requested it be re-made. When I got my re-made order it was a night and day difference. Sad I had to go through this hassle but I was willing after I had just payed $60 for some wings. Seems like this location is betting on you not quality checking your food before you leave. They’re more worried about bumping orders off their screen to relieve the stress from their staff than customers being completely disappointed when they get home. Beware, if you order from this location please quality check your food before you leave.
Seems like there are only young adults and kids working there. They need a real authority figure placed at this location to hold someone accountable for the bad food quality and service that is being provided.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh. The inside is always clean. It was nice to see a young crew working together to get the job done.
I never seen a restaurant with employees that don't wear gloves when touching raw chicken then going to clean up things without washing their hands that is so gross
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop tonight. I waited over 40 minutes for a single chicken sandwich meal, even though it should have been ready at the designated pickup time. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked a staff member for an update. She appeared to check on it, but then immediately ran out from behind the counter to greet a group of friends loudly and inappropriately, and never got back to me with any information.
To make matters worse, her friends placed a large order and were told it would be about an hour wait—but their food was ready in under 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I was still left waiting. The lack of professionalism and preferential treatment was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning.

Wing stop what is this BS….. You're gonna look at this and tell me these are 2 completely different flavors and not burnt? This was drier than the Sahara desert and y'all charged me over $20 for this? THIS?? Get it together.
Cold food and ranch everywhere!!! I called them to discuss with management but of course nobody answers. Do better!

Horrible experience at the 51st Ave and Baseline location! Ordered take out and when we got home, they failed to put the BBQ sauce on one order and the mango habanero on the other order. We drove back and asked for sauce. The girl had a major attitude and had the audacity to act like she was bothered by us returning and asking for sauce. We watched her literally grab a huge ladle and overly drench the wings, which were in the same container, separated by a thin paper that immediately got soggy. Of course it was going to run and mix because the termagant didn't do her job right the first time. On top of that, she drenched the wings with cold sauce.
So HIGHLY unsatisfied with my order. I ordered through doordash and my order did come “on time” but once it arrived I would say the only thing edible were the fries. My Louisiana rub was DRENCHED in sauce way more than it should be and barely any seasoning, opposite with my lemon pepper hardy any seasoning or sauce. Wings were not cooked extra crispy like i requested. They immediately made me feel sick. So upset because usually my food is good everytime i come in/order. That’s what happens when a bunch of teens are working at night all together yelling inappropriate profanity. Be caution what time of day you are ordering. ALSO DID NOT GET A FULL REFUND OFF OF DOORDASH!
Slowest service ever. Over 1 hour for 16 wings. They were so behind. Also had wings here and they seemed undercooked. Save yourself time and go to 24th street the service is better.
