I've been to many wing stop locations, and this was not the worst or the best. Staff were attentive but looked lost at times when the orders started to pile up.Cooks: they were in their own world. Listening to music and moving at their own pace.Food: It was fresh because there was not a choice. So many orders were coming in that everything had to be freshly made.Overall: decent location but maybe just a little more organization and structure.
Classic chicken is good, bet they never get the order right. Customer service also doesn’t work.

I went there last week for a pick up order. The best wing stop I’ve ever been too, fast, hot, friendly, clean, and welcoming. Appreciate the great service!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The food I was served today should have been a crime. I ordered 30 wings and 2 large fries. The wings a bit dry, but fine. The fries were absolutely DISGUSTING!! They were SOAKED in grease, to the point the grease was dripping off when you picked one up and just visibly saturated sitting on the fries. And to make it worse, they weren’t even fully cooked. They were a soggy, greasy, half cooked mess. I don’t even know what they did to produce that outcome. Either way, I could NOT serve those to my family and had to throw them away. I called the restaurant several times to provide feedback, but couldn’t get and answer. Every single person who saw this order and continued to bag it up is wrong and does not care about the product they’re serving, nor their customers. I wouldn’t event serve those fries to someone unhoused on the streets. SMH!

I ordered a 10 piece boneless half mango habanero and half honey hot rub. The mango habanero was not even fully tossed in the sauce, the other half was awful it had a weird oily sauce that was very bland. Its the second time this exact thing happens at this same store thats why im reporting. Will not be coming back.

The food was not even close. I had Korean garlic wings which were dried out and burnt. Hot honey boneless wings were dry and the chicken breast sandwich was nothing to talk about. Won't be going back.
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the wings are perfect and others undercooked. The service isn't anything great. The wings order has always been accurate, but extras are not always remembered which requires you to check your stuff before you leave.
Placed online order and it said 15-25 min. 50 min later my order was ready. The worker were not polite and pretty unprofessional, complaining about another customers who received a wrong order complaining. At one point there were 3 people in the lobby and the workers standing around. I will not be returning.

They have the best customer service , as you walk in the general manager Henry has the store clean organized he was very helpful when answering any questions I had . They have the best wings!! My go to spot for wings!!
