I ordered online to avoid having to wait. When I arrive 20 minutes later expecting my order to be ready soon after. There were 2 people ordering (the first was ordering for 3 people and the second was ordering for 4, my order was only for 2 people) so I waited patiently for another 7 minutes. Now that it had been almost 30 minutes since I placed my order I figured it would be ready, my mistake, I was told that it would be ready soon. After the 2 orders that were taken after I arrived were given to their customers I inquired again about mine. I was told that I would be next. Almost an hour after I made my online order I finally received my order. Lesson learned never order ahead at this location or you will have to wait twice as long. Simply unexcusable. No apology or anything.

Horrible customer service, they messed up my order and i called around three times and the girl put me on hold for over 15 minutes because she was going to get “her manager”. I then hung up and called again and they answered fast and she was arguing with me the whole time and they didn’t want to remake my order correctly or give me back my money.

Ordered delivery, and the order was canceled. Was told to call the store, and I did. Talked to the manager and I honestly could not understand anything she was saying, and I dont think she understood me either. What I got from our conversation is that it was stolen by the delivery driver. They offered to remake it but for pick up, she didn't understand that I couldn't pick it up which is why I did delivery. She kept asking when I could pick up even after I told her I can't. Could not provide me an answer about whether I'd be refunded since the first order was canceled, and then she hung up on me. I see other complaints on here about her. How she's still a manager I don't know. After speaking to her I think I understand why the chicken isn't always fully cooked and why we're constantly missing our drinks when we order delivery. Shes probably why the turnover is so high there.
