I have tried 5+ times to give this location grace because it’s close to my home & high turnover of employees but their service, timeliness & food is horrible. Today was the last time they will receive my money.I ordered my food online… went 30m later and it was not ready. There are about 7 employees all standing around; laughing with one another getting their fountain drinks… one was playing in another’s hair!I requested my chicken to be extra crispy not only was it soggy but I couldn’t tell which was lemon pepper or Louisiana rub - fries were cold & soggy.I’ve never written a review my other 4 disappointed visits but today I knew I needed to. It was really disappointing & infuriating.Three other customers were waiting with frustration as well.

everyone was really nice but the amount of Cajun that were in my fries was insane & I didn’t notice till I got home so I didn’t even get to eat them please tell whoever’s on the fries to relax

Okay so the customer service was amazing not too bad. The young man took my order well. But the food was horrible and sadly done with no care. I came in with my daughter and ordered their boneless combo. First the chicken was raw and not cooked all the way. Took a bite of one and chewed on cold meat. I understand they are frozen and just put in on the fryer but dam leave in for a bit longer or at least have the decency to check at least one of the meat. Second I asked for mild sauce and they only gave me a very small portion or not even a portion it was more like a drop. And that watery looking thing on that picture, is oil. I thought it was the sauce too but nope, dipped one of the chicken in that and took a bite of nothing but big oily bite. Please if you guys decide to go here at least check your food before you leave

Never order from this place until the correct changes are made. The people they have obviously don’t care. I placed an order and when I received it , my wings were in a pool of grease to were you could not even eat it. It was dripping through the bottom of the paper bag !! To the point Im tempted to go knock someone out behind it.

I came at 11:30, which is 30 minutes before they close. The manager who is very young & lazy told me that she wouldn’t serve me and that they’re only doing online orders. If you’re going to say you’re “supposedly” closed, lock the doors because the time it says is that it closes at midnight & it says it in bold letters on the front door. Very unprofessional & very lazy if you ask me. You need to hire a more responsible manager to lead these kids that work here. The pay that you give these managers is most likely very poor that’s why it’s always a young manager who is willing to jump for that opportunity, pay the managers more and hire a much older and responsible manager because the service here is very poor.

I have given this place too many chances to redeem itself. I can no longer honestly go back there. I have experienced uncooked chicken, horrible service, and always behind. I can't even place an online order because for some reason they never seem to start it until after I get there.

The store is gross first off. All of the tables are messy and gross. And I understand if people just left but I was there for about 20-25 mins mins and nobody came to clean the tables. The man who took my order was beyond rude, I cracked a joke and he didn't even make so much as a smile. He had longish curly hair and had his cap on backwards. The two staff that were in the front had their phones out constantly and at one point a girl answered a phone call and went back to touching food. The workers were cursing saying things like "shut the f*** up", "ya'll rotten as f***" and "suck my co**", and just being obnoxious. I used to work in food and let me just say the things that they were doing here would NOT pass at any other food restaurant. The food was mid wasn't great wasn't horrible. However I'm just so astonished how Wingstop employees treat customers. So before you go here just know you are going to spend a good 20-25 minutes to get your food.
