I don’t know what it is. These guys at this location are super dedicated and when I say guys I mean like the entire staff, you know women included I don’t want to exclude anyone. I just ordered right before closing and I just want to say they always get my order right my wings are so crispy. My fries are so crispy every time Richard great, Manager, Julian and Chris have customer service from the door. The atmosphere is always lit every time I come in here. Louis remember my order to the T and Richard always does as well if I could give more than five stars I would because they deserve it like it always has been said with a great team, it starts with leadership so even from the manager whoever is above and how far goes they are definitely representing like some bosses shout out to Rick Ross.

Disappointed
Was really excited when I see this location opened up because it’s close to home and decided to try it out. Wings had like 20% sauce coverage. Killed the whole vibe. Could’ve gotten saucier nugs at Wendy’s in the same parking lot that would’ve been better. Staff were nice. Place was clean. Just disappointed there was next to no sauce.

I placed an order through the app for my food to be delivered, when it arrived I noticed I had a missing item. I called the store and they told me to come back to pick it up. The point of me ordering online was to avoid having to drive out there. When I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready and would be in around 5-6 mins. I spoke to the manager and he seemed to care less. His excuse was that there had been new hires, I understand it may make things challenging but how hard is it to make sure every item is in the order before sending it off? I’m more disappointed with how the manager handled this situation. Thankfully the person I spoke with on the phone was apologetic and offered to upgrade my order.

There were only 2 people scheduled today and I had to wait my entire lunch break for my meal.
I purchased a 10 wing combo with cheese fries and a drink, picked them up early too, big mistake! The first problem I noticed is that the cashier had to be reminded that my meal came with a drink, I gave her credit because it happens, but after I brought the food home, i opened the box of fries, and they were cold, the ones that had cheese on them were soggy and had the texture of mash potatoes, and the fries underneath those were stale?? Clearly being pre made hours ago and not even heated up.
The wings weren't crispy at all even though I asked for a longer cook time, and they skipped out on 2 wings! I only recieved 8 out of the 10 I paid for, never under any circumstance expect decent food from this location, this wasn't a 1 time deal, this many flaws clearly point to a failing staff and bad management.

Order was supposed to be ready at 9:02. It is now 9:23 and I am still waiting. 4 guys are working in the back more concerned with their conversation then getting the orders out. I suggest hiring a manager that is interested in ensuring customers don’t have excessive wait times and tell employees to work with a sense of urgency. These guys are literally just chilling going slow and some just standing.
