We came in very unsure of what we wanted to order. I felt like we were being a burden for taking so long to order. However, Matthew was very patient with us and helped us figure out an order that worked best for our family. If you’re the manager and seeing this please give this kind man a raise. It’s rare to see people care this much is customer service jobs anymore, but he is great! Thank you, Matthew.

Wait time is beyond what they say online. The staff is lazy and tell customers walking in that the wait time is long and are just laughing cracking jokes in the kitchen instead of working

Picked up to go order Sunday Aug 3rd about 4 pm. Wings and onion rings. Both so overcooked they were not eatable. The onion rings were nearly black. The wings were dry as sawdust and had absolutely no flavor. What a waste of money. We have eaten here before with no problems so I only think the cook on duty has no idea what he is doing!

Online order was never delivered. They offered a refund in 2-3 days. I was not compensated for not receiving my order. The driver could not speak english, I couldn't understand what he saying. The Wingstop employee wasn't even sure how the deliveries were made. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Explain to me why you guys can’t ever seem to get an order correct? I’ve now had a second time that you all have given me the wrong wings via uber eats. You need to be paying attention and your manager needs to be more vigilant. Ordered BBQ, don’t know what these are.
takes them forever to do anything in here. Every time i’ve ordered my foot has came out atleast 15 minutes later than it says on the site. Store isn’t even that busy and you have 4 people standing around on their phone in the back instead of working and cranking out the 2 whopping orders they have waiting for pick up.

Claudia and Johnathan were SO very Rude!!! Let me explain, I ordered wings on line. I got home and my wings were the soggy, super fatty and uncooked! I tried to call the store several times with no answer. I went back with my food, and requested them to remake the order. I was told no at first that they would not remake my food and that I should have asked for extra crispy. Claudia being a manager argued that there wings come out just the way I got them, under cooked. Very disrespectful to me the whole time!! Won't ever be back at this location!!!!!

Never ready 16-21 minutes quoted time is widely inaccurate. Usually get there and they say it’ll be another 10 minutes. Ugh just eat Birria Tacos next door it’s way cheaper and better service than WING STOP

It's a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes there's nothing but kids working screwing up the order. Other times there are adults that dont listen. I'm not sure they know the definition of Crispy but I've had soggy chicken quite a few times. I'm quite sure the health department hasn't been to this location as they tend to leave objects on the rack where your food is supposed to go. You're guaranteed to catch a drinking cup or a set of keys on it. I wish they were consistent I would frequent this location more often.

Tried the sweet chili glaze for the firsts, was good, would eat again...buttt also grabbed some mango habanero, tried and true, deliciousness as always! Could have used more sauce on that half though.. ;) P.S.come on wingday, best deals!
