Always painfully under staffed, and zero organization for take out orders.
The employees try their best, it isn't their fault when they clearly need more hands on deck.
Orders regularly run 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule.

We stopped for dinner and noticed a young man working his butt off knocking out orders. There were at least 5 other people working. Orders were going that ordered after us but he still kept cleaning up and making orders. I asked his name and it's Christian. We asked the girl to tell him great job. He ran out the door to say say thank you and have a great night. That's excellent customer service and he needs a raise. I will be back because of that

We went in there today after a long day of work to order our dinner. I notice a young man by the name of Christian in the back single-handedly. Knocking out orders while there was so many customers and like 5 other employees standing around. He was doing everything right and we appreciate him very much. He was doing a great job. And deserves a raise. Thank you. He is the only reason that I will be back to that location

ordered online ahead of time - was told it would be another 10 minutes after I arrived - the staff was too interested in being in the parking lot and.messing with each other. asked.to.use the restroom and was told it was closed because they already cleaned it 2+ hours before closing
Something was off when I was getting even out of the car, when the two adolescent girls at the counter were gestering towards myself and my boyfriend with disgust. It didn't change as the girl behind the counter couldn't bother to look at us and still talk towards her coworker that was playing with her hair by the napkins. We still greeted her with kindess and we got back, "huh oh yeah here" and proceeded go back into her conversation with the hair coworker. as we left they again were disgusted by our presence. I've delt with discrimination before but this was horrible especially by adolescents. I felt as if we were subhuman to them. The food was not correct, ranch containers slipped everywhere, and the food was off. Come to find out, I GOT FOOD POISONING! There's no betrayal as a food establishment lacking in hygiene and food safety. It made sense now why during peak lunch hours no one else was ordering food. I'm not going to miss work because of some judgemental, ignorant, uneducated adolescents that would care less if they get anyone sick. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unless you want FOOD POISONING!

They take longer than nearly every restaurant I have ever been to. I’ve worked in restaurants like this and the minimum time is double of any where else, including other wing places. Currently sitting and waiting for order and watching two employees going out of their way to sit and chat. Leaving everyone else to pick up the load. Awful place, crap staff, only saving grace is the wings and that only goes so far.

Ordered with the intent of it being fast and took 20 minutes to get food and I had to ask and it wasn’t being made. If I didn’t ask it probably would have taken longer.
Because of how long it took I wasn’t able to sit down and eat it. The location also felt sketchy (e.g. homeless person without a shirt looking around inside) so I ended up leaving.

Went in for our first time shortly after they opened, there was one person ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get our meal. While we were waiting we noticed 4 other people who ordered online had gotten their orders before us, maybe if you order takeout it'll be a shorter of a wait then dining in. When we got our meal, the wings were really salty, greasy, and barely had any sauce on them.The fries were also really salty and had some sugar on them, which tasted weird. Overall, not a great experience and the food was a really big let down.

They did not put sauce on my husband's wings so they were dry. Tenders do not look like pictures and we spent 25 bucks. Also waited 25 minutes

Put in a 10pc order online. Estimated time was 16-23 minutes. I came in and was told my order would be done in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes Justin came out and said it’d be another 12 minutes. During my wait I heard the 5 employees talking about how slow it was and their coloring they were doing in BOH? It was extremely frustrating and my order was at least 10 mins past my estimated wait time. Apparently the manager on duty’s name is Ossidy or “siddy”. GO TO ANY OTHER WINGSTOP, this has not been my experience anywhere else.
