Called and was told it would be an hour wait, then was put on hold and the female employee never picked the line back up. Didn’t bother calling back. Consistently bad customer service specifically over the phone.

Asked for Cajun on the side, with an extra side of Cajun. Was given 1 side, split between 2 portion cups. When I drove back to have them simply fill them up & give me what I paid for... no apology, acted annoyed, and talking crap amongst each other under their breath. Grow up.

Lissa and Dylan were on fire. Some of the best service at a Wingstop ever, the wings practically came out before we even finished ordering (it’s common for other locations to take over 15 mins on an order). Truly an impressive dining experience, thank you Lissa and Dylan!! They could not get enough props and I hope they get the proper acknowledgment they deserve!

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the experience with this location has been extremely unprofessional. My order was completely incorrect, and when I called to resolve the issue, I was hung up on three separate times.

The first employee initially said he would help me, but then disconnected the call. When I called back, he answered with, “If this is the lady who just called about the wrong order, my manager said—” and then hung up again. On my final attempt, someone claiming to be the manager answered, said “Hi, I’m the manager,” and immediately disconnected the call as well.

Additionally, during one of my calls, they let the phone ring for about ten minutes, only to pick up and hang up again. I paid $39 for items I did not receive, and due to the repeated hang-ups and lack of professionalism, I will be reporting this location.

Wings were raw and fries were not cooked well , they were hard potatoes cut up , staff sucked when i called and complained about me missing the ranch i had bought? They told me to contact my uber driver about the issue . Lol , was he cooking my food in his car ? Ridiculous, absolutely horrible place

The food was good. Got a dry rub and sauced in. Definitely thinking sauced toss is better. Ranch cups are $1.85 so either bring your own or don't use to much on the ones they give you

Always painfully under staffed, and zero organization for take out orders.

The employees try their best, it isn't their fault when they clearly need more hands on deck.

Orders regularly run 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule.
