Went in at 11:30 there was people in there eating when we walked in we Wasn’t graded they were look at us the African-American young lady said we’re not taking no more orders only online. My mom said come on can you please just let us order? She said OK but you have to do it online while we were trying to do it online the other young lady that was working with her told us you only have two minutes and started rushing. I don’t understand why they’re rushing when they still had 30 minutes to go. When we called they had the phone off the hook the line was busy. So we couldn’t order on the phone. We sat out there look for somewhere else to eat and they were just standing and laughing. The Employee that was outside smoking came inside. I’m so happy now that I didn’t get anything to eat there because he did not even wash his hands when he came back from smoking a cigarette and went straight into the kitchen. It doesn’t matter if there was no customers you should always after smoking or being outside touching the door and handling food. You should wash your hands. Also looking at the reviews, they rush and have the food soggy

I used to come to this restaurant about eight months ago, but it was dirty. The employees were dirty and not friendly, but now I'm coming more often because I found out they have a new manager. Most of the employees are new, they are clean and friendly. I recommend this restaurant 100%

My wife signed up for the app, and long story short, they never provided the free items she was emailed to receive. She has since deleted the app and will not return.
Used to love this location, but lately, there has always been something wrong with our order. Then, it's an extra pain to get a refund if the manager isn't there. Everything is made to order, so not worth waiting if they forgot something, as everything else would get cold by the time they make what they missed. We'll be going to a different location from now on.

So upset with the service at this location, I placed an online order at 12:45. I picked up at 1:04 mind you I was waiting in line to pay. Everyone that was there waiting and like 6 customers walked in for pick up orders and they did not wait no longer than 2 minutes. I waited for an hour in lobby when the manager finally called my name and gave me my order. I checked to make sure my order was correct. The fries were cold and ranch spilled inside the bag. I asked them to remake my order since I had been waiting in lobby for 30 +minutes. Overall bad service did not even apologize.

Food is terrible never order at 11 they just re use the food that been sitting it doesn’t taste fresh taste like they just re fried the ones that was sitting in the bowl i tried to eat boneless 20 pc i ordered it was so nasty ?and hard why were they stale that isn’t well done and didn’t taste fresh at all tasted like microwaved chicken never ordering here again. had to spit it out because it was so nasty
