My order was correct but the service was terrible. Walked in and nobody wanted to help me right away. Didn't feel welcome there at all. I waited almost 5 minutes in line and there was no one else waiting to order. They all seemed angry.

We had an UberEats order with 20 boneless wings, two ranch cups, one large fry, and 10 classic wings. We were missing one ranch cup, one large fry, and 10 boneless wings. The team members on the phone were laughing in the background and listening to inappropriate music loudly. Their “manager” told me there’s nothing they can do unless we drive over there, however we ordered delivery because we don’t have a way over there. I told her what was missing and she proceeded to call me a liar and argue with me over the phone. I asked what their corporate number was, their names, and when their general manager would be in. She then hung up on me while not helping me. I don’t think I’ll ever order from WingStop again after this experience.

Very horrible workers here. They don’t want to cook and lie and say they are not accepting orders because how way behind on orders they are. The girls refuse to cook they wait on a guy to cook but because he in lunch they make us all wait over an hour. But because they have so many orders backed up that’s why they stop taking orders. They need to do better. This is not okay.
