“Your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes”…. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting for two FIVE PIECE wings (not even combos)… it doesn’t help that there’s windows to see into the kitchen and they are all on their phones. :)

The wings are very salty, and the potatoes are terrible. The oil where they are fried is black, which is why the potatoes looked dark brown. It seems that the oil is very dirty.

Manager refused to remake an order for a customer that they had let someone steal. I work for DoorDash and this manager told me the customer would have to re order when I showed her there is literally a process on the DoorDash app for us to have the order re made. This lady still didn’t want to listen and told me to drop it. I ended up calling DoorDash support and they talked to the manager directly making her remake the order! This manager needs to be fired for her lack of knowledge.

This place is horrible it took over 45 minutes for a 6pc boneless combo. This is the second time I tried this location. The first time they took my order. I waited almost an hour for them to tell me they never put in my order. Wow

My whole order was wrong Fries were regular when asked for Cajun fries Asked for garlic Parmesan got Lemon Pepper instead. Paid extra for all flats didn’t get alll flats. Chicken was not all the way cooked. I had called To complain about my order manager was very rude and I never received my refund

We’ve tried ordering online for pick-up several times and the food is never ready on time. After experiencing this a few times, we started waiting 30 minutes (eta is usually 15-20 minutes) before even leaving the house to go pick it up and lately they still tell us to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. The staff isn’t very friendly or helpful either. They seem to prefer hiding in the kitchen and avoiding interacting with customers altogether if they can. Probably because they know your food isn’t ready. Make sure you get your drinks too, they always forget to give us those. Food is tasty. Just save yourself the trouble and DoorDash it. You’re gonna have to wait anyway.

I entered the place when I was very hungry. I ordered about four bites of boneless chicken. I waited a long time and the restaurant was not full, but it was worth the wait. Every bite was delicious and it felt like the chicken was high quality and not industrial, very worth it.

They typically take more time than what its worth and the wings weren't prepared properly. I waited too long for soggy wings with sauce not distributed evenly when I asked for them to be fried hard. Its frustrating to be stuck in there when they are adequately staffed, but the cooks are scrolling on their phones.
