Waited over an hour for a Meal for Two on May 9, 2025. Order was marked ready by ~8:20 PM, but I didn’t leave until 9:05. The manager told me “a few minutes,” then sat in the lobby eating for ~30 minutes while her staff got overwhelmed. She saw me waiting but never returned to help, and orders piled up. When my food finally came, it was cold — even though I watched fresh wings and fries go to others during my wait. Poor leadership, poor time management, and unacceptable food handling.
Delivery review: My order came snd the dry rub was drenched in buttery oil that I assume is what they use get the seasoning to stick, there was so much that it dripped into the other flavor. Fries were cold and limp This is the most inconsistent restaurant and I think the GM needs new management. One store shouldn't be this inconsistent, and I've ordered here over a dozen times this year alone. Huge management gap among shifts. Tried contacting corporate through twitter and online survey to no response. Avoid this location. Wings are too expensive for a franchise to be this inconsistent
