The night staff is the worst. I did an online order when I left work. It usually takes about 20 mins to get there and I was still waiting on my order at almost closing time. There were 2 other people who got there around the same time and same situation. It's pretty annoying when all they're doing is texting, talking and standing around.

Order was supposed to be ready at 9:10pm and when I got there they said 18 more minutes I waited and went back in and still my order wasn't ready they said I needed to wait for the fries got home about 2 min away and the the fries are cold as outside ! Worst wing stop ever don't recommend coming here it'll be worth the drive to the next nearest one!

If you do DoorDash or UberEats. They focus on the customers walking in more so than the out going deliveries. Waiting longer than 30minutes and an unwillingness to remake a customers order. Let’s not talk about the childish workers.

This place needs some shaping up staff just standing around while people in lobby waiting the slow pace and clearly not taking into consideration people are waiting . Dining area dirty with soiled napkins on floor menu on floor 2 employees walked right by it and didn't bother to pick it up .. not once did nobody say sorry for the wait we appreciate your patience .. nothing one male employees continues drinking and eating . Will be last time here . Personal or delivery Doordash delivery
I would rather deal with the vagrants hanging out at the front door asking for money and food than to deal with the employees at the register! At least the vagrants listen and comprehend. After repeating myself for the third time making my order I wondered if i was speaking too low or was it the music blaring from the kitchen drowning me out. My bad! If Wingstop was a ghetto, this one would be it!

You’d think placing an online order, your order would be ready at the time or at least near the time said. We love to wait 30 on ontop of the already specified time . Food was not made the correct way. Asked for well done on fries and wings and did not get that at all. Asked for garlic parm wings and got garlic sauce. Yes PLAIN GARLIC
