Went in today. There were no other customers. 1 employee came up to me and asked if it was pick up. I replied no. He then walks away and tells another employee to deal with me. Then they go about discussing who is to take my order. They basically argue over "who has the drawer." Then what looks like a manager confirms that the second employee has the drawer but will change it to the other employee from which I originally spoke too. Then she walks away, telling them someone needs to take my order. THEN the employees continue to discuss amongst each other who would take my order. I watch this going on for another minute and decide to wave goodbye and leave. I did say to the staff you obviously did not want my service, and the employees just stood there smiling with no care in the world. Obviously no real management here at this location where kids do as they please. Super unfortunate and will not be going back there. That's obviously what they wanted in the first place.

Took my girl for some take out at 10pm last night. He literally wait about an hour for 12 wings and fries. The food was delicious, but it appeared that three people were working or at least on the clock, but only one seemed to have any work ethic.
My girlfriend was so upset we waited so long. I would normally complain in person but I feel like doing it this way may get the attention of management. Do better wingstop.

Wingstop's wings are always undeniably good so there's not anything new to share in that regard. I did recently deviate from the iconic lemon pepper traditional wings and tried the boneless wings with lemon pepper and I must say that combination was incredible, especially paired with the Wingstop ranch. My main reason for writing this review is due to the impeccable service I received yesterday from Samara! She was so nice and accommodating and a perfect example of the top level of service an establishment should not only aim for but also recruit new hires according to the mold of the exemplary employee she is!

Nice location. We went And got that party pack lastnite. Good Customer Service The Guy was a cook that was speaking To us was nice too. And the Dreadhead was a sweetheart good kid. I Believe He went to Sunnyslope with my sons

Waited 3 minutes for someone anyone to come to the phone. Get a new manager or team this is total nonsense !!! Hung up 500 wing order gone !!

Very disappointed paid $30.00 for food that was not edible. We experienced everything DRY or burnt...they were very busy waited 6 minutes to place my order...I was hoping they were busy translated to great food instead the opposite. The bread was hallowed out and not good enough for human consumption the wings were meatless because they were dry/unable to chew. Fries were a mixture of burnt and regular. We love Wingstop however we can truly say we will not return.
Edit: I like to always give accurate reviews. After letting this company know of my experience I was promptly and fully refunded two days later. They were very kind and assured me this is not a typical experience. I was satisfied with the outcome and may try them later in the future.

It’s not a bad spot pretty chill and the staff is nice. But I recommend when you order online. To pester them every 5 minutes or so. I was the only customer there for about half an hour. I was by the window waiting. It wasn’t until I said something due to everyone getting their orders who ordered online. 50 minutes later I got a somewhat warm lunch
