Terrible service. I will not be coming back. I work off lower buckeye so I prefer to order in advance and when I get there I had 0-3 minutes left on my order so I waited by the door and there were about 3 people in front of me. When it was my turn at the cashier I asked for my order and they told me I had to wait another 30-40 minutes. I was on my lunch break so I ended up having to cancel the order. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve order off the other Wingstop on 99th and lower buckeye. It might be a little further but at least I’d get my food on time.

They are super slow and they missed up my order numerous times. But I have tried to give them a chance but once again today they missed up my order. Not going back to this Wingstop again. I will take a drive before I go here again.

I normally would go to the one on 51st and Indian school which I loved. I moved so the closest one was 75th and McDowell. I thought I was gonna be disappointed but it was definitely not a disappointment. The wings were delicious and tasted a bit more buttery. I fell asleep a happy soul.???

Honestly this is one of the worst locations they have. The one on 51st and Indian School is by far the better choice. The people behind the counter at the 75th and McDowell location seem to have no sense of urgency. Way to many people for that small of a location. The food is average at best. Honestly they're better off shutting that place location down. Had multiple issues ordering on line

DO NOT order from here!!!! Got my order wrong. Called to let them know, automatically put me on hold. Was on hold for 20 mins. No one picked up. When calling back it kept saying “user busy” and I called multiple times. When someone did pick up, they put you on hold and even when I said NO when they were giving their opening, they still put me on hold. Lazy, rude people.

Started coming here about a year ago. Service was not so great at that time due to long wait times, unfriendly staff, and several mistakes with my order. Management must have listen to complaints because the service is now 100% improved. The now go to spot in West Phoenix for wings and tenders.
