Everything time that I order for pickup- there's always an item missing. If it's not the French fries it is the cheese sauce for the fries or a whole order of wings missing. They need some serious help or they are just simply incapable of doing a simple thing.

Went there for some wings on my lunch break. They messed up my order twice, I was waiting for 20 minutes, While I’m waiting, I see two employee eating in the back while preparing orders. They gave me the wrong wings, I went back and they messed it up again by giving me boneless. of course it was closing time so hopefully I can get my money back tomorrow morning when they open up. I’m done with wingstop from now on NONE of the employees wear gloves or hair nets. A female employee was flicking her hair trying to get it out of her face and continuing on with the food without washing her hands, another One was working the register and the food, touching dirty money and then dealing with the food, dropping the container tops on the floor picked it up and put it on the container without washing it off. Hair was in my corn, yeah I’m good on anything from wingstop.

I went to this place and placed an order for original wings and fries. Was told it will be 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked where my order was. She brought it from the back and said oh sorry we were waiting on fries. As soon as I took it to my car opened up the bag to reach in to taste one of those hot fries I had waited on and they were cold. I will never go back to this Wingstop again. Poor poor service and lies. If it was going to take 45 minutes she should have told me when I ordered so that I could choose to go somewhere else. Which is what I will do next time

Terrible 1st expirience at this location, I ordered online it said 20 min, I drove 5 min and still wasnt done over a half hour later and it was cold when I got back to the hotel. Staff had a pretty shit deamonor and will probably be my last time visiting location. Very poor.
The Spicy Korean Barbecue Wings were on point all the way, and so was the service!!! Everybody was kind, and definitely professional!!!

Went there last week. Couldn't stop thinking about the excellent service and delicious food! A young lady named Arisa or Ariza helped us out. Very kind, and helpful. She helped us decide on what to order when I asked for her opinion. She was by far the most polite, and helpful person to deal with. I wasn't sure if I was at Dutch Bros or Wings Stop. Her positive vibes made our day. Thank you for the fine service and good food. Wing stop needs to hire more people like her! 5 stars!
