Got the brisket bowl. Its a weird combination of mashed potatoes, corn and meat on top. Nothing tasted like it was made there. Nothing tastes fresh. Literally half the brisket was fatty and was super annoying to eat.

Positives: The girl working the counter was super nice. The mac and cheese and beans were pretty good.

Sorry for the bad review but if I’m paying that much for food I’m going to be brutally honest.

The food exceeded our expectations! The brisket was incredibly moist and bursting with flavor—absolutely delicious.

The quality of meat is superb. I have had lots of BBQ in Charleston SC, and this is right on par with that. Very lucky to have this here in AZ.

Absolutely amazing barbeque! My friends and I all had different kinds of barbeque and we all agreed everything was amazing! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys great pulled pork sandwiches. Also, the service was fabulous! Each employee was very polite, kind, and made you feel at home. They do an amazing job!

Meats are cheap cuts lots of fat. Flavor is fine. The sides stay away from the instant mashed potatoes.

I never write restaurant reviews, but this BBQ spot absolutely earned it. The place was spotless, the food was delicious, and the owner couldn’t have been friendlier. Everything was homemade and you could taste it—especially the beans, which were some of the best I’ve ever had. The lunch special was a fantastic value. I’ll definitely be back.

Not bad, just not outstanding. I don't mind paying more for good food, but it was not good enough to justify the price, either quantitatively or qualitatively.

This place is really good but my only complaint is that the brisket has a lil bit too much fat on it . I feel like a quarter of your slice shouldn't be nothing but fat .

Wow! The pulled pork and pulled chicken were very tender! The two sauces that I got really added flavor to the meats, the spicy bbq and Carolina both were very different yet each complimented the meats very well. My favorite side was the Cole slaw which was fresh and crunchy. A little disappointed that they were out of the potato salad. Prices a bit high but overall the quality was excellent. So glad to have a new bbq place in town!

Absolutely the worst experience the food is just fatty gross and overpriced. Save your money. No signage do they pay their bills? I heard rumors that they stiff their contractors and are going to be shut down.

This place is new to the area but has been in business in Tempe for 6 years. Their new locations is becoming very popular in Ahwatukee. Great for the community and what we needed. The owner is there everyday and that staff is so nice and friendly. They are still adding a sign to the store and some artwork inside. Very clean restaurant and comfortable.

Have gone to their previous location for years.. This location provides the same great food and very welcoming. If you love bbq give it a try. You won't be disappointed. 😋
