I rarely give a 5, but I must admit that their food is really tasty and I was served by the best waiter ever.
What I ordered was a toasted brioches with eggs and kumquat sauce which was a top tier combo. Thanks for the waiter who suggested it!

The Wright Bar is known for creating the Tequila Sunrise. I’ve never been a fan of the drink from other places, so I was determined to try an original Tequila Sunrise while visiting the Arizona Biltmore. I arrived at the bar right at opening and got really quick service. The drink was good and very strong…definitely worth the almost $30 cost. I highly recommend visiting the Wright Bar if you get a chance.

Great little bar in the Biltmore! There was no one sitting at the bar when we arrived (5:30ish on a Sunday) - most people went straight to the outdoor bar - so we were able to get a seat and service right away. Drinks were excellent, and the bartender was super helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We ordered a charcuterie plate, which had plenty of everything to share between three people. Great place to sit to take in the amazing architecture and decor. Highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: Bartender was able to accommodate a nut and soy allergy.

We have been fortunate enough to perform for many events over the past 25 years at the AZ Biltmore and cannot say enough good things about the property. Great staff. Great service. Beautifully maintained. A world treasure.
I have long been a fan of the food at the Biltmore and it is definitely a bit underrated as a place to go. While a bit steep in price the Lobster Posole was incredible, and the souffle was perfect.
Tequila sunrise was little underwhelming.

Beautiful resort in a relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. But... this comes at a cost. $23, /day for self parking that is 3 buildings over to the lobby before you get on the path to your room (think: 10 -15 minute walk to your room). You can opt to pay $30/day + tips for valet, but who wants to do that after so many other fees. We were put in a room in the very far back of the resort and it took me about 15-20 minutes to walk from the garage to room because of health issues. Front desk person was nice, but offered me to upgrade to valet if I couldn't walk. Think...be prepared to shell out valet and tips if you have any mobility issues. I was told to upgrade if I wanted a ground floor room since the rooms were different than what I paid for...I've never had a problem at other hotels, but apparently the ground floor rooms are special because of the patio with a fire pit. Phoenix is in the middle of 110 degrees heatwave and the resort is half empty, , ! At this point, I stopped asking for anything since I'm sure there's an upgrade for whatever it is. Nice place to stay if you don't plan on leaving the grounds. Who wants to walk 10 -15 minutes to their car? I am a Hilton Honors member with the lowest tier and it didn't amount to much since I'm not a higher tier diamond club baller. They were so proud to hand me an insert of the perks of being a Hilton Honors member: 2 bottles of 8 oz water daily, newspaper and free Internet. Whoopie! Unfortunately, I won't be a returning guest here. Too high class for little people like me. Do stay here if you like paying for stuff that would otherwise be complimentary elsewhere. Or pay upcharge to not be inconvenienced because the room prices and additional fees just aren't high enough. Valet staff very helpful and housekeeping staff were nice also.
From start to finish our 1 night stay for our Anniversary was very nice. Juanita who works the front desk found us the perfect room. She took her time and cared. The cottage was beautiful. Perfect location. The food and drinks were good but way overpriced compared to the other resorts in the valley. The adult pool was packed. Being directly across from the pool we saw people laying out towels with hats/books/etc to hold one or two of the free chairs. Reminded me of a cruise. I am sure this new adult pool is a huge revenue builder for the hotel. It was packed. Thank goodness for the other amazing pools on the property. Much cleaner and more privacy. Great service. Fantastic staff. New remodels are gorgeous!
Where do I begin … you must experience a stay at the Arizona Biltmore, Waldorf Astoria Resort! I want to first begin by saying this review is straight from my heart and with all sincerity I write these words. My loving and thoughtful husband booked my daughter and me a two-night stay at the resort for my birthday weekend (Bday - Aug 5th). I had been very physically and emotionally stressed and needed this healing time more than I knew. From the moment we walked into the hotel, the beautiful and calming scent was the first appealing moment I experienced. I immediately thought in my mind that this could only get better. The hotel decor was absolutely grand and filled with such history and charm. We received excellent, speedy service at the check-in counter and we were offered refreshments and a pool key as we waited. Our room was clean, neat, and everything was in order. Spa Experience - OMG!! This is where I do believe my life changed (for the better) …seriously! First of all, the staff in the spa are amazing! They are super sweet, kind, polite, professional, just wonderful people. We were greeted and treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the beginning to the end of our stay! Hannah even made dinner reservations for us at Renata’s so that I would not have to worry about anything and I was given a bday bag filled with calming goodies! I felt so special and catered to during my spa visits…I felt like a Queen. The Halotherapy is a MUST if you suffer from allergies, congestion, etc… It really helped to detoxify and clear up my sinuses. In my opinion, the garden is so spiritual and relaxing all at the same time. I LOVED IT! Thank you to ALL the staff of the Tierra Luna Spa - you’re simply the BEST! Hannah, Yvette, Anna, Jenny, Leo Matthew (front desk) - Thank you for your laughter, kindness, and professionalism during our stay. Birthday Dinner at Renata’s - Oh my Lord, the food and service was OUTSTANDING! The hostess kindly greeted us and sat us at a special table next to the live music (thank you again, Hannah ). The food, the food, the food was DELICIOUS! Our server Heather was so informative, offered great cuisine suggestions, and was the kindest server I’ve had in a very long time. Christopher - WOW! Never have I ever had the birthday song sung to me like that - I felt every word you sang - Thank you! Again, it was AMAZING! I recommend you take the history tour. You’ll be surprised at the history of the hotel and all its many visitors and guests. I gained a greater appreciation of the hotel and its charm/spirituality after taking the tour. The staff in the Gift Shop did not disappoint either. They were just as kind, thoughtful, and professional as all the other staff members. Overall, our stay was SUPERB! The service we received was the BEST, with attention to detail given in every situation, the anticipation of our needs being met without even asking, kindness, and professionalism at all times. I am calmer and more relaxed after my stay and for that I THANK YOU!
We stayed for several days and loved the unique atmosphere of this resort. Our accommodation met our expectations for the price. We especially liked the quality of the beds/pillows and bathrooms. The pools are beautiful and there is something for everybody since there are so many pool choices. The large kid pool with a slide seems to keep the others more relaxing and good for swimming. Our room was adjacent to a pool so we could easily go out though our patio area for access which was great! The wall construction was solid so that even when the pool was busy our rooms were quiet.

It’s a good hotel. I like that they have Queen beds (not doubles). The rooms are nice and big. Everybody who works here - from housekeeping to valet - was friendly, professional and attentive. We were here during the record-breaking heat, so it was a nice touch to hand out ice cold water bottles while sitting in the main lobby. The prices are expensive. I will admit that. We loved the chicken wings, poolside. Margaritas were excellent too. We mostly used the adults-only Saguaro pool. Didn’t dare try the big, family pool because too many kids. Stayed in the Ocatillo section, which also had its own pool, but no pool service (probably because low season & too hot). Next time, I’m going to ask for a ground floor room OPPOSITE of Ocatillo because those rooms have a patio that immediately opens up to the pool.
The bedroom was very spacious and a very nice bathroom! I enjoyed the soaps and shower gel/shampoo. The pools were absolutely outstanding. Very nice temperature and I believe they use salt water pools which is better for your skin and overall health. Towels were plentiful. Great evening events and entertainment. Tennis courts were very nice with clay and hard court options. Would definitely stay again!
Absolutely stunning Resort! Absolutely exquisite Southwest resort, food was really good. Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby, beautiful outdoor seating too. The ONLY complaint I have is two dogs tried to fight in the beautiful restaurant…..why in the world do resorts like this allow dogs? Totally ruined the vibe. Please stop!
My wife had a conference here and we stayed for 2 nights in July. I went to the gym, which has great and lots of equipment to workout! This hotel is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The grounds and outside bar are just spectacular, the pool area is amazing. The Citrus lounge is another fantastic experience! The wines and food available is really good and the staff was like family, …. Really wished we had booked a longer stay at the Biltmore! We are planning on returning this fall to enjoy staying for a few more days, can’t wait to return!
Sadly, we never made it to a room. Arrived early, so we understood keeping bags with the bellhops until it was ready. However, no proactive communication and after standing in line for 20 min ( only two people in front of house), after the 4pm check-in time, the room still wasn’t ready. We were told short-staffed, which explained the extremely dirty state of the property. Filthy pool cabana pillows( which we paid $300 plus tip for), floors in lobby peppered with dollops of a brown substance, dirty restroom couches, adult pool was disturbingly cloudy with a Lot of floating detritus- all pretty unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. The service was good, but they can’t keep up right now it seems. We gave up and just went home ( we are local), but I can’t imagine if we’d actually traveled for this. I’d stick with the Phoenician and the Montelucia for now.
