Shout out to Diego friendly and very helpful, and im sure he was hooking up all that good food thank l appreciate you. Now when i got the cod an shrinp with fry i was like this for 16.00, however the taste surely woke up my taste buds wow imma be craving this taste for life. mmmmmmmm.

A wide variety of food items and fun milk shakes.

Only note: I wish there was real cheese on the cheese fries instead of gross cheese sauce but some people like that stuff so it is what it is!

Food is always good and fresh. But the customer service is what keeps me coming. Leslie who normally is working the front is so awesome she makes you feel like you’re a family member or a friend. 10/10 recommended to everyone

I had a really disappointing experience at WTF Express today. We ordered online — fish and chips and a Caesar wrap — then I picked up my son from school and went to grab the food. While we were there, I added a cheeseburger and a slice of carrot cake that was clearly displayed behind the glass.

When we got back on the freeway and closer to home, I realized the carrot cake was missing. I drove back (through traffic), not only because the cake was missing, but because my partner asked me to have the food remade since fish and shrimp don’t stay fresh once they’ve sat.

When I went back, the owner, Adam, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, he insisted that because the carrot cake wasn’t on the online receipt, he wouldn’t do anything about it. He also claimed the carrot cake was “self-serve,” even though it was clearly behind a case. No apology, no effort, no basic customer service.

As a customer, the expectation is simple: if a mistake is made, make it right. Instead, he argued and refused to help, leaving us with cold food and no resolution.

We will not be returning. Very disappointing experience, all due to how the situation was handled, especially by the owner.
